AVOID!
AVOID!! Really poor customer experience. I selected the correct option on the website but the wrong item (medium instead of large grey cement planter ) goes through as a sale in the website.
It's not what I ordered, so I phoned them numerous times and emailed them a couple of times, and heard nothing. The medium was delivered. Not what I ordered.
The 'no response' is shocking. I wouldn't use them again and strongly recommend nobody else does either.
Im happy to be contacted by the company for them to rectify the issue and provide an update on here. I'll be shocked if they do.

Incredible service
Honestly the service through Norfolk Bay has been amazing from start to finish. The bedside tables that I was after, kept going out of stock super quickly so I messaged the company Instagram to see if any further stock was going to be available. They came back to me very quickly and said that there was going to be some available very soon and that they’d be happy to alert me when it is. True to their word, they alerted me and I managed to purchase the two bedside tables just before they went out of stock again. They arrived super quickly and are BEAUTIFUL. Will most definitely be shopping here again! Thank you Norfolk Bay! 💓
