I ordered the incorrect size as the…

I ordered the incorrect size as the sizing on page 2 automatically defaults to the smaller size I did not realize this until after I ordered. I emailed the service straight away and received an e-mail almost instantly saying my order will be amended and not to worry. I also paid for fast shipping. Not received the order yet but I ordered on Sunday and my of order was shipped on Monday. This is my Third order I have placed

Smelly, cheap looking plastic tat - SCAM

The item I received was absolutely nothing like the product on their website. Cheap looking plastic tat from China that stinks! Much smaller than expected, no heat setting, no instructions and came in a bashed up box with a generic label on. I’ve been offered a 30% refund, then a 50% and now a 60% refund, it gets higher each time I contact them. To get a full refund I need to post to Ohio USA (quite costly) and I’m unsure if I’d get my money back then. Avoid! Such a scam!

Strongly recommend

Strongly recommend these insoles! Walking is much more comfortable now as they absorb the impact on my knees so well (I have a bit of arthritis in my knees). Fit well in all my footwear (Best to remove existing insole first before putting them in)

Customer service above and beyond

I contacted Norelie to find out how long Insoles are expected to last as I am experiencing some discomfort.
Ana was really helpful, polite and friendly. She answered my question, and also said she would send me a new free pair, to ensure they continued to provide comfort. Her service was above and beyond what I expected, a rarity in customer service these days!

I ordered some insoles from Norelie a…

I ordered some insoles from Norelie a couple of years ago and they helped immensely with my back pain. I use them in my running shoes and my hiking boots for ultra walking. I needed some more for new boots and shoes I have bought. I ordered the wrong size and after a single email, which was immediately replied to, they are sending replacements in the correct size. Awesome customer service and a product I cannot live without.

Struggling with plantar fasciitis…

After struggling with plantar fasciitis for over two years and trying countless insoles with no real success, I honestly didn’t expect such a dramatic improvement. However, after just three months of using Norelie insoles, I can now walk comfortably and even play golf again — something I thought might never happen. I would never use another product.

On top of the incredible results, their customer service is second to none. Ana and Kristeen have been extremely helpful, friendly, and professional throughout my experience. I can’t recommend Norelie highly enough.

Norelie has great products

Norelie has great products, and gives a great service with good communication. On my last order there was a genuine mistake on their part, sending the wrong size but their expediency in correcting that, confirmed their excellent customer service. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and its employees. Well done Norelie! I wish all companies were so caring and efficient.

Great customer service

I took advantage of their black Friday offer and ordered 2+2 free pairs of insoles. Sadly the wrong size was delivered, so I emailed them. Their response was very rapid, saying they'd post out the correct size and I didn't need to return those sent in error. Just waiting for the new ones to get here now.
Great customer service to date, and looking forward to testing the insoles.

Top class product and customer service

I have bought from Norelie previously but I put in an order two weeks ago and on checking my order I saw that I hadn’t selected the correct size… however on receiving my panic email a lovely lady called Karen replied and assured me that she would deal with it….. and she did ⭐️ I highly recommend this company for the quality but especially for the excellent customer service

Excellent Customer Service

Excellent customer service from Karen. I ordered the wrong size of Comfysoles and realised as soon as the order was placed. I emailed them immediately and within 24 hours had a reply from Karen, advising the order had been amended and the correct size sent out, these have subsequently been received 🙂

There was an error when ordering and only picked up once the order was paid for
I immediately emailed the Support Department and had a wonderful email back from Cherry to say they had ammended the order to the correct sizes required and would be shipping soon
