Recent updates have a file system leak or runaway write loop.
Nordvpn service is spiking the CPU and temperature.
CPU at constant 15% thanks to nordvpn taking 8-10% alone on a gaming rig. Closing the service stops stressing the CPU and temperature drops by 10-15 degrees.
I noticed that the credential files kept being re-written in a loop for no absolute reason which is clearly a bug. After complete clean redownload and reinstall of NordVPN this didn't fix it.
Tell your devs to look into it and fix it.

My experience with NordVPN was very disappointing
My experience with NordVPN was very disappointing.
First, the service did not work reliably in China. Connections were unstable and often failed. It took multiple attempts each time to connect, which made the VPN extremely frustrating and unusable for consistent access.
Second, I only intended to use the service for one month, but I was charged for a second month without clear consent. When I contacted customer support to request a refund for the additional charge, my request was denied, which was very frustrating.
Overall, due to the poor connection reliability and unsatisfactory billing experience, I cannot recommend NordVPN. Based on my experience, I advise others to be cautious before subscribing.

Regarding the additional charge, monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the same price until they are canceled. This allows the service to continue without interruption, but we understand that this may be disappointing if you only intended to use it for one month.

Nord VPN is straightforward and easy to use
I have nbeen using Nord VPN for 3 - 4 months and am very happy with the product. I've had no problems or issues and when I go online connection to a server is usually reasonably fast ( about 20 seconds). I am not aware of any issues and it to my knowledge there is no downside to using Nord VPN.

This used to work fine for me until I took out this latest subscription. Nothing but hassle. Change this, alter that. Can't access this and that. Hardly use it now and feel I have wasted my money. Be careful what you are getting into.
Update. after another chat with a bot things started working again. Lets hope it lasts.....

Changing email address problems
I could not use the Nord website to change the email address for NordPass so had to submit a form. Did so and was told I already had the changed email connected and needed to delete that account. This confused me so explained and the Support team then deleted every thing for me and did what I needed to do. This morning everything was working the way I wanted.
