A terrible experience
A terrible experience during an event with our customers. Only two buses arrived for pick-up the guests even though we reserved 150 seats. The first bus arrived 20 minutes late (and this can be admissible) but the second one arrive one hour late and no news about the third reserved bus, it never arrived.
At the end of the event, we reserved the bus till 23.00 but one of the bus decided to leave at 22.15 without any authorisation. The second bus threatened us to leave at 22.40. The supplier was not collaborative and never tried to find a solution. He told us to take a taxi. Unbelievable.
Not to mention that we paid the whole service in advance (as they told us that split payment for new
customers is not possible).
An important event ruined by a awful bus service. A late and dodgy supplier. Of course we never suggest
this supplier.
