Caveat emptor.

There are numerous dubious positive reviews on little known comparison sites for this product.
The first device only worked for 24 hours but gave astonishingly accurate location.
The replacement was sent very quickly after good email support. The second unit gives locations between 2 and 5 km from fact!
Now I’m getting delaying tactics like ‘no record of you or your email address’, and a long list of required proof of purchase.
This company gives Chinese commerce a bad name.

My dog is lost

My dog is lost, and the tracker inexplicably went offline. No instructions on how to get it back online. Nord Paw touts award winning customer service, but they don’t provide any way to contact them. Still trying to find a phone number or email address or a link, but every effort leads back to their website where they want to sell you another one.

It’s a scam do not use this website

It’s a scam do not use this website. Clearly it’s a Chinese company misleading you with a subscription free tracker. While that is true, you need to provide your own SIM card which is more money to spend and more inconvenience. I haven’t even taken it out the box so no idea how well it works I imagine it doesn’t live up to the website. Lesson learned for me - pay subscription from a reputable company.

Disaster

Disaster! At first company were really helpful, replaced device when error came up BUT then it stopped tracking again stuck on a location. Sent video evidence and another replacement was sent, I thought great however the new device requires a SIM card which means taking out an expensive contract to have the data required to operate. Madness. Wasted my money.

Incredibly misleading website

Incredibly misleading website. They advertise no subscriptions but then make you get a physical sim card which HAS to have a subscription to work. Then the Sim card has to be activated in another device that's unlocked from your wireless carrier. I have tried different SIM cards and this does not work. An absolute waste of time and money! Disgusting! I would not even give this 1 star if 0 was an option.

This is a scam

The website is very misleading. They advertise no subscriptions but then tell you that you need a physical sim card which HAS to have a subscription to work. Then the Sim card has to be activated in another device that's unlocked from your wireless carrier. I have tried this repeatedly without success. The Nordpaw contact desk is useless and just keeps repeating the same instructions. They state there is a 30 day money back guarantee but then tell you it is actually 14 days from receipt of the product. They claim a Trustpilot score of 4+ but i cannot find any evidence for this.

Incredibly misleading

Incredibly misleading website. They advertise no subscriptions but then make you get a physical sim card which HAS to have a subscription to work. Then the Sim card has to be activated in another device that's unlocked from your wireless carrier. I have tried 3 different sim cards, one is from AT&T itself and AT&T says the device is NOT compatible on their network. I haven't found a way to get this thing to work. This was a HUGE WASTE OF MONEY
