I would not recommend Nordpass - the product is OK but the refund policy is very restrictive. I'd been with them for two years. They claim they sent a renewal email notice, I didn't receive it. So I had another year charged to my expired credit card. As soon as I noticed I asked for my service to be cancelled and the money refunded. They cancelled the service but refused to refund. Absolutely my fault for forgetting to turn off auto renew, but the inflexibility of the return policy leaves a very bad taste. I've now paid for one year of a service that was cancelled. It's software, not something physical I'd received. I’ll be finding another company who’s refund policy is more forgiving i.e. if you're a human that made a mistake and may not be able to afford a surprise charge.

Beyond the password managing side of things and its cool features, the customer service top notch. I had a major issue with logging in but I have got a hold of customer service within 2 minutes and Bob in particular provided me with every solution possible, and workarounds aswell which I appreciated.

Significant Negative ONE STAR user reviews has drastically reduced their overall ratings. It appears that Kim Komando`s reviews has stimulated many to go against her advice. Once more, the huge number of problems with NordPass Password Manager have forced me to cancel my payment for the app. Especially those reported Mac problems

It works fine on iPhone, but on Android is a complete different story. Most of the times the autofill does not work, while there is a login available. This is the main reason I subscribed to this service.
Support does not know what to do. I did a whole list of stuff to try to get the problem solved, but nothing works. I tested 1Password and everything works fine on 1Password.
I cannot get my money back, its over the 30 day refund policy, yet you fully advertise the tool works on Android. It clearly does not. At least admit its a buggy mess and you try to fix it. Your support does not know what to do then just ramble the usual faq stuff. Reinstall, remove cache etc.
Be aware, Android can be a no go. I was using it with a Samsung S23.

Not being able to offer 2FA or MFA to personal plans is nonsense.
I was planning to shift from a bigger competitor to NordPass but I am just shocked and disappointed that the company offers this feature on Business plans, but not on personal ones. As a paid personal customer I would immediately assume 2FA is the standard in 2025.

I have used NordPass Customer Service on two different occasions. Each time they were amazing. Last summer I was locked out of my NordPass account due an error on my part. Was able to help me. Use the history feature in the passwords to recover a password. Alex was quite helpful. Not giving 5 stars because I was disappointed that I cannot easily change all the passwords on all the sites I have passwords for, although I am pretty sure that ability is out of Alex's control.
