Couldn't recommend this brand. Lots of hassles with it.
First of all I'm very disappointed that companies like these assume that their customers subscribed to a plan when they only want to try out a few weeks and purchase for such!
There was a mix up with my plan too. Once the never initiated and agreed to subscription was cancelled, I was put on a different plan that I couldn't even finish. Don't skip 2 days, you're automatically out!
Additionally most exercises repeated themselves.
Regarding emails, a few bounced back to me.

I downloaded this app to help provide motivation for working out and eating right. I signed up for a one month of service. I used the app sporadically, but found the expectations regarding food intake unrealistic for me. The following month, I get a $105 charge on my credit card. I contacted customer service, who refused to refund the unauthorized charge and said I’d agreed to a subscription when I checked out. Although I continued to refute this, what appeared to simply be an AI bot kept telling me they were, in no way, going to refund my money.
This company’s business practice is untrustworthy and I feel that I have been scammed. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Be advised that the company will automatically and without notice renew your subscription at over $100/mo. I was initially excited about a new exercise regimen but it turned out to be a rehash of a few pilates/yoga style moves that I was already doing and I had no incentive to extend the initial four week plan. Company didn't refund. I recommend avoiding this business.

Don't sign up with this company. They charge you without informing you. I tried to cancel the subscription but they couldn't find my account. Then suddenly they found it and said I had accessed their information which i do not recall so no refund. They have confirmed that the subscription has been cancelled. I will make sure I check next month

Misleading advertising
Misleading advertising on Pinterest - The advertising says 'Take this FREE 1-Minute Quiz to See Your Personalized Nordic Fascia Release Plan'. Instead it is a generic set of exercises with no mention anywhere in the material of fascia release. I didn’t use it (it is completely generic and equivalent can be found for free) but they refused to refund me despite misleading me.

they make easy to get the app, hard to get a refund
they make the interview questioning process very easy. the trial was ok but nothing new to me. I did not sign up for anything beyond the trial. I was recently informed by my CC company that there were 2 attempts to charge me over $150.00 by Nordletics. UNAUTHORIZED. Thankfully stopped by my bank because I can't afford it.

The extra discount to join is what hooked me, although afterwards the added bonuses get to be too tempting. I never follow through on these and then I forget to cancel for a year...I'm really hoping this is different.

I was charged without authorization.
I didnt get notice that my 4 weeks were up and didnt authorize an automatic, much more expensive, renewal but got charged and when asked for a refund because I didnt authorize it, they wouldn't do it. I didnt use it at all. Don't trust these people.

Be aware of the hidden subscription
I looked at the Nordletics and downloaded the app to see what it had to offer completely unaware that I had apparently subscribed!? I didn’t realise this as was not notified of my upcoming subscription until I was Charged £79.11 which I was completely unaware I had signed up for, I wrote to them and they point blank refused a refund. So be careful as if you might find yourself unaware of subscribing! I am absolutely disgusted as £79.11 is a lot of money for me at the Moment and now have to go short this month!!

If I could give a negative number of stars
I would. I signed up for a 4 week program and paid for it. There was no mention of signed up for a subscription in plain sight. It must have been in the fine print. I was charged $204 for a month. When I contacted them they said they canceled my subscription but couldn’t refund the amount because it was digital and I had access for the month. BUYER BEWARE?

Hidden extras at a cost
This is an update to my previous review. I cancelled within the trial period but one of the many offers that plagues you during sign up wasnt cancelled. I have now been charged for 2 months subs. Apparently its not their problem you didnt cancel something you didnt realise you had and cant find any of the reminders they supposedly sent.
