Immediately realised from what they sent me this was no what I understood it to be - I didn't download (wasn't able to access it and still haven't been able to) so haven't used anything nor looked at it and immediately asked for a refund. They are claiming I have downloaded it yet I can't get past the login page on the app and they are refusing to download the £15 I paid. Do not use these guys - total scam. I was charged and I did not actually sign up. I looked at the program and apparently that is all you have to do to be charged. Have to change my debit card as my bank identified the charge as fraud.

I canceled this app June 10. But on June 30, they charged me over $100.
There’s no phone number to call. I emailed and Nora said she wouldn’t refund my money.
