The process was pretty straight forward. Did notlike the constant upselling at the end though.

Nora couldn’t have been more responsive and helpful. Great way to run a business.

I signed up for Nordletics however due to changes in circumstances I cancelled the subscription within the first month and received an email saying my subscription had been cancelled.
Two months later I noticed two payments to medical score of £26.19 each.
I contacted Nordletics attaching my cancellation emails. I was informed the subscription would be cancelled however no refund was available as this was done by a digital process.
I advanced this within the company and was told I had signed up for a monthly subscription at the Nordletics website with medical score [Mindway]I had also been sent emails at the beginning, of the usage and had used their App as well as reminder emails before each subscription.
As someone who checks their emails and junk folder every day. I can confirm none of this is true.
I have spoken with PayPal, my chosen method of payment and although very helpful have been unable to assist me in recovering my money.
The purpose of this review is to make people aware when dealing with Nordletics or Mindway [Medical Score] to be very cautious of what you are actually signing up for.
I have since had the payments taken by Medical Score refunded by PayPal as they considered them to be unauthorised.
Paypal were very helpful and professional, it is worth challenging this type of unauthorised transaction.

Today I reluctantly cancelled my coaching subscription. The process was easy and the customer service consultant made it seamless and prompt.

I am hoping to get rid of my visceral fat around my torso and around my internal organs.

The daily continuous movementpractice helps to stay with the flow. The various exercises move and strengthen all body.

Total rip off. I wish I can give zero stars.
Signed up for free trial and barely used the app. There were no automatic subscription showing. They don't notify you about renewing. 118 GBP just taken out of my account for the renewal of the subscription. After contacting the response was we can't refund. Just awful.

I emailed to ask for some help with my subscription. My query was responded to and a reply sent to me within minutes. Thank you for such excellent customer service.

I did unsubscribe in the app well in time before renewal. Despite that they withdrawn 158 dollar from my bank. And they are not willing to par me back. When such happen I have a hand time to consider their basis intention. So I give a BIG NO RECOMMENDATION.

Unethical, unscrupulous app that traps you initially with one subscription but then forces you to pay for many more services.
A money making useless app.
