Terrible service

Terrible service, I ordered 6 dining chairs and a table back in December, 2 days before delivery months later I got an email from their delivery partner they would come by. I was out on Holliday, no option to reschedule. Package is lost now and the service team from NO-GA basically says it’s my problem to solve with DHL. Would never buy from them again.

Good CS/Must read return policy!

Good customer service (Lisa was very professional and helpful) and the products were ok, but the shipment got sent to the wrong country so arrived a week later. I had to return my purchase unfortunately and PLEASE READ THEIR RETURN POLICY - they have super high commissions on returns, almost 400kr/100€ for good bigger than a vase. It’s quite crazy since it’s a design shop quite pricey.

Disappointed

Three weeks after placing my order I still have not received it despite reaching out to your customer service multiple times. I could not have been more disappointed.

Wrong item delivered

The receipt of an incorrect item has been disheartening. Despite multiple attempts to reach out through both phone calls and emails, there has been no response, reflecting a highly unprofessional approach. This lack of communication is particularly frustrating as it hinders my ability as a customer to initiate the return process for the incorrect delivery.
Update: Update: A month has passed now - and still no action from Nordiska Galleriet. It's a mystery to me that this company is allowed to run a business. Super unprofessional!

Received the wrong product

Received the wrong product, and have tried multiple time the last 2 weeks to come in contact with support without success. Phone line is not working, and no one is replying on my emails.

Delayed Delivery and Totally Unresponsive Customer Service

I placed an order for Christmas presents on nordiskagalleriet.dk on December 3rd and received an email confirmation on December 4th. The email noted that delivery would occur in week 52, which is four weeks from the time of purchase and unfortunately after Christmas. Despite multiple attempts to contact the store for a faster delivery solution or to cancel my order, I have not received any response. The money, however, has been withdrawn from my account. This lack of communication has raised serious concerns about the shop's reliability, it does look like a fraud. I strongly advise potential customers to consider this experience before making any purchases from this shop.
