NordIndsigt Reviews

NordIndsigt helps people buying a home in Denmark understand what they are about to buy before they make an offer. Most homes for sale in Denmark come with a condition report (tilstandsrapport), an electrical report and an energy label. They are written in Danish, they are ordered by the seller, and they leave out a lot: drains, the real age of the roof, what the heating will actually cost, what the local plan allows next door. We read all of it together, along with BBR, the land register and public data about the area, and tell you in plain language what is still open and what it is likely to cost. Our main service is BoligCheck: a written report on one property for 299 kr, or three properties compared side by side for 599 kr. Reports are available in Danish, English, Ukrainian and Arabic, and are usually delivered within 24 to 48 hours. You can also send us a link to a listing and get a free reply with the three things we would check first. We work for the buyer. We take no commission from sellers, estate agents or banks, so we earn the same whether you buy the house or not. We don't visit the property and we don't replace a building surveyor or a lawyer. We help you decide which house is worth spending them on. NordIndsigt was founded in Aalborg in 2026 by Yurii Khlivnenko, who has a background in construction (roofs, facades and ventilation). He checks every report himself before it is sent.See more
