Promised a refund twice and never received one

Despite promising me a refund twice I have still not received my money back. I never received the socks I ordered so cannot say if they were genuine or imitation as I have beef leaf to believe. I have emailed them over 40 times requesting a refund but they have failed to respond to any if these Please do not waste your money on this Company, although they say they are a UK Company, their goods come from China, they have an address and their Company in China and the money taken out of my bank when to a Chinese Company in Hong Kong

Rubbish socks with sob story about…

Rubbish socks with sob story about closing down and remaining stock reduced !
Exact same socks on Amazon far cheaper and the same rubbish quality !
Offered refund then didn’t give it !
Apologies yes it’s actually Nordic wool and not Nordic Socks who I actually thought I was buying !
