Beware the customer service for Canadian customers~
I ordered $100 worth of socks for Christmas presents, and placed my order a full week before Canada Post went on strike. They sent the order to their fulfillment warehouse in Canada who held onto it until AFTER they went on strike, and THEN created a Canada Post label. The order has sat in the fulfillment warehouse (not Canada Post warehouse) for 3 weeks! Never have they reached out to ask if I wanted to pay extra for courier shipping. Never did they say on their website that they ship Canada Post, and I am still waiting for any answer to two emails over two weeks. Just happy I guess to let Christmas gifts languish in a warehouse, when they COULD instruct the shipper to cancel the Postal label and ship UPS/Loomis or any other alternate carrier.
The product is good, the lack of care and communication with me, a repeat customer, sucks.
