No connection after reclamation

Update! Get connection, refund and voucher, so… not so bad.

Received broken lamp. 2 weeks as I sent an e-mail and no answer. Telephone call - no answer, Facebook messanger - no answer. They just sell, sell, sell. Why not, because lot of buyers. Customer service - no, they didn't heard.

Really upset about how Nordic Nest is…

Really upset about how Nordic Nest is behaving. I order two items, both of which arrived faulty. I have tried to contact them but no response. I don’t know what to do about returning them or getting a refund. Really stuck and upset. Terrible way t treat customers.

Wont Be A Returning Customer

I have purchased a few items from Nordic Nest in the past but will not be doing so anymore. Ordered an Item Mid November 2021. It is now 10th January and no sign of my order. I have contacted them 3 times and have not received 1 reply.! They also use DHL Wordwide and DHL have to be the absolute WORST COURIER in the whole universe. Not only will you be waiting forever for your order you may not receive it at all. My other gripe is that NN have dramatically increased their Shipping Costs to my Country (double what is use to be) for just about every item they sell. I will be looking elsewhere for Nordic Products from now on.

TERRIBLE service from this company - Does not deliver

TERRIBLE service from this company. Absolutely awful customer service. Ordered item months ago with no warning when purchasing that it was out of stock and barely any communication since about it's delivery. When trying to ask - never received an email. back from customer service. This has got to be one of the worst interior website out there. Do not order from here.

Absolutely horrendous CS and business practice

Absolutely horrendous customer service. This is the FOURTH time I’ve ordered from this company and none of my orders have been delivered in a timely manner.
Not only are the delivery times online inaccurate- they drop-ship from their suppliers and don’t actually know if the product is in stock until the customer orders. Therefore, the idea of putting an approximate delivery timeframe on the website is already redundant.
Their customer service agents leave more to be desired. Particularly David needs a few lessons in how to deal with unhappy customers as he a. Does not listen. b. Takes it upon himself to cancel orders even through you have not asked him to. After waiting for an order which was placed in October, and was meant to take 2-3 weeks, I complained and was told the supplier would not be having the goods until late January. One thing is just sitting around waiting for goods which are charged for immediately, but having to chase up their service team for a realistic delivery date is just an absolute disgrace. A delay of over 2 months with no correspondence, is an absolute joke and you should all be ashamed of yourselves for the scam of a company you’re running.
Shame on me for going back when I’ve been disappointed the other times.
Will not be returning for more Nordic goods.

Return is a nightmare

I love their products but the return process takes a long time and costly. I have a parcel now stuck in Sweden depot showing “awaiting for addreseee to pick up” for 2-3 weeks now. Not sure what I can do if Nordicnest refuses to pick up my returns. As the result I raised a dispute with PayPal. I hope that this case will be resolved and I can get my £100 back,

Made an order end of october

Made an order end of october, now its January and I'm still waiting!!!! First it was a mug they couldnt get, now it is another item... I have sent plenty of emails , no reply!!! And these were supposed to be Christmas presents.... Do not order!!! Cant be trusted!!!

Great customer service

I wanted to send back a pillow. Because the volume or emails was so high and they could not get back to me in time (3weeks), they sent me a full refund. I will give the pillow to my mom. This is good service!

Very bad communication and customerservice

This company is unable to send the items in the timeframe they have announced in their website. They are also unable to contact the customers about the delays or answer any emails you sent them. When I finally got through to the customerservice by phone, they told me that there are two people handeling 20 000 emails and the phoneservice… Unbelievable! Cancelled the whole order.

Great Customer Service-Happy Customers

We ordered two large pendant lamps from Nordic Nest in September, for a kitchen renovation starting in Australia in November. This was a gamble, since we could only base our decision on photos viewed online but this lamp was not available in Australia and we really liked it. The lamps took a little while to be shipped (as individual parcels), but this was expected as they had to be ordered by NN from the manufacturer. After being shipped, DHL erroneously sent one to the wrong country (this was not the fault of Nordic Nest). We called Nordic Nest and Kevin, in NN customer service, was amazingly responsive and helpful in getting a new lamp sent express post and both arrived in perfect condition and are now a stunning feature in our new kitchen. I’d happily order from Nordic Nest again based on this positive experience. Thanks again Kevin!

DO NOT BUY

Ordered cutlery from their website trusting the photos and description were accurate. The product that arrived was very poor quality to the point that I am unable to gift it to the intended recipient as it is just so cheap looking/ feeling.

To top it off, if I want to return the products Nordic Nest are insisting that I pay the full cost of the return with no reimbursement from them. They are blaming Brexit for this situation.

This was NOT made clear at the point of ordering. Yes, shipping to you is free but if you want to return anything the whole cost falls to you.

I will not be buying from them again and recommend that others avoid too.

Quality is ok, price, description and origin is not

Tbf both the items I ordered arrived, intact and on time (contrary to other reviews), and are very nice. 3 star reviews because I THOUGHT I was ordering Scandinavian artisan ceramics. I THOUGHT I was ordering soup bowls (bowls are tiny dip sized - still usable but extremely pricey for what they are). Worst of all the jug and the bowls all have stickers stating made in China, so guessing they are mass produced in some sweat shop. Won’t buy from Nordic Nest again.

Late Delivery and Poor Customer sevice

I ordered a Christmas present which said 10 day delivery. It had still not even been dispatched after 4 weeks. Emailed customer service but had no response from them. However it did arrive in the end, 5 weeks after it was ordered and they still charged £8 postage for 4 bowls. They are expensive with no customer service and very poor delivery times

Is this company a scam??

Is this company a scam??? I placed an order, waited...and waited...sent a query to their customer services...and waited some more. Eventually I checked my credit card statement and discovered the order had been refunded on the same day it was placed. Emailed again...again nothing. Not sure what they get out of this, but I'm left feeling pretty suspicious.

Items not shipped in 3 wks even though says "immediate shipping"

Item shows "immediate shipping" online. However, after 3 weeks no shipping, no update. No one answers email. No one answers telephone. No one answers WhatsApp support.

Can't even cancel the order since I would rather order the Wall Lamp from another shop.

Listen to the feedback here: Avoid Nordic Nest at all costs otherwise you will never receive your product.

Received order confirmation didn’t hear for three weeks (site said order in stock)
Chased via email no response chased via phone order has been cancelled no email to advise of this???
