Our rugs were delivered within days and they are absolutely beautiful. We are very happy with our Nordic knots order and highly recommend working with this vendor. The quality of the rugs are absolutely stunning.

I bought a wonderful rug and it arrived in Spain quickly, within a week. It came in a box folded (as opposed to rolled) and it had no folding marks when laid on the floor. I am in love with the design and the quality.

Looked at swatches from a number of companies--Two Pages, Gotain--and settled on Nordic Knots because the fabrics are so carefully curated. The Sheer in Perfect White looks and feels very high quality, even though it's polyester (also, the color is a slightly soft white). And the 100% cotton The Shade in Sand blocks plenty of light, but the remaining light has a warm glow. I was concerned that large long curtains in my loft space would look too hotel-y and corporate, but the subtle color and texture choices make them perfect for home.

Excellent quality with a refined range of styles and colours. Impressive commitment to natural materials. Here the wool is used to perfection.

Really great carpet and equally great service. Chose the carpet after seeing their adverts on Instagram, chose size, ordered and it was here in a week or so. Lovely carpet. Great quality and with the right Scandinavian feel for our decor. Also bought a non slip under mat which fits perfectly.

I am very pleased with my curtain order. I was able to get a consultation appointment quickly, and Emma was very friendly and answered all my questions professionally.
My order arrived exactly as announced. The curtains were carefully pressed and neatly folded in sturdy packaging. The workmanship and sewing were excellent, and hanging the curtains was a breeze. They fell evenly and beautifully straight away, without even needing to be steamed.

Now I’m curious to see whether they will keep their shape just as well after washing or dry cleaning. So far, I’m very happy with my purchase and the overall service!

The rug was beautiful, but did not work for the space. I had a wonderful experience working with Saul (lead Customer Service). I would absolutely work with Nordic Knots again. I honestly can't believe this level of customer service exists.

I ordered something that was running out of stock and immediately emailed them to hold it off because I’m on vacation. This happened at night. In the morning, I was told that they can’t because the items is already shipped. 3 heavy rugs, immediately shipped? And there is no tracking link they can provide to prove it.

Sounds like lies and bad customer service to me from a company with such expensive products.

I have been a true fan of these Nordic Knot rugs for years. Once again, they did not disappoint!!! Great service, extremely competitive prices with excellent products. The rugs are simply high quality beautiful rugs. Additionally, the rugs I have purchased in the past have worn beautifully beyond my expectations… they were in high traffic areas for 6-7 years and maintained a very nice condition. I will continue to purchase Nordic Knot rugs in the future without hesitation.

This rug is stunning and unique…it will be a focal point in any room. I went with the 8x10 but secretly wish I got the 9x12. :) You always get what you pay for, always!
