Beautiful lamps!
The delivery was timely, with a very good and sustainable packaging (everything is made out of paper).
The lamps are really beautiful, easy and fun to assemble!
A wonderful unexpected extra is the smell of the wood that is really amazing!

Impossible to return poor quality, overpriced and impractical products!!!!!
Impossible to return poor quality, overpriced and impractical products!!!!! Do not buy from this company! I’ve been trying for nearly 2 months to return 2 pendants lights, which have multiple, flimsy and impractical pieces, which do not allow you to construct a light worth £200 - it’s ridiculous! They do not want you to return their poor quality products as there is no accessible returns information. I only managed to find the policy through speaking to Klarna. I diligently followed their lengthy returns process, and was only able to secure it with Klarna’s support. They promised to pay return postage, however, are now ignoring the receipts I gave them. They also do not have a UK base even though they use this tag on their website, so. As by returns need to go overseas and via customs, so it’s very expensive! I’m going to contact and notify Klarna and our authorities about this deception as it’s false advertising!! They are using deception to get customers - please do not fall for their illegal tricks! Do not buy from them!!!! Their products probably cost about £5 to make, which they then sell fir inflated prices!!! Go elsewhere to get a better product and service!!!
I doubt they read or respond to these reviews, however, if you are …. I want my postage money back, which your policy states will be refunded!!!!
