Practical, very well manufactured, good quality

Unfortunately the waiting time is too long - I ordered on February 14th and received the package on April 2nd.
I would like to order a new bag and would like to know how long the waiting time is.

Waited quite a while for this compact bag. Color is neutral. Fabric is stiff. I can’t imagine fitting all the items shown in the ad in it. No idea what to use the tiny pouch for. I don’t use air pods. Change, maybe? Bag is too small to put the tiny pouch in it, and I don’t care to have it hanging off the bag. I like small shoulder bags, but regret this purchase. I would have returned it, but there was no shipping/order form with it, and no return instructions. Won’t order an impulse purchase off a game site again. I will keep it until I can find someone to give it to. Better luck next time.

Very functional and stylish with lots of useful zipped areas. There was only one RFID holder, from the photos I had expected 4. On my holiday several people commented on how nice my matching rucksack, water bottle and handbag looked. It was an excellent purchase.

Originally, I thought I had chosen the wrong website, and it may have been a scam because there was a pop-up discount from your company. But I am glad I waited for a few days and trusted your service. My order arrived without costing me an extra shipping fee. Thanks for the good service!

Amazing customer service and suppprt

I was shopping around for a backpack nappy bag and I have to say I am quite happy with my Nordace purchase. I was not familiar with it (thanks, IG ads!) and it was a bit of a gamble to get it - I was also initially shocked when I opened it as it seemed way larger than it actually is. Nevertheless, the backpack is super spacious and has a compartment for everything you'll need to carry. I use it to bring newborn essentials but also have some things for my toddler and everything fits w/o feeling heavy

I bought this as a birthday gift to my husband. He loved it. Great quality and very nice design.

The item I initially received had a minor issue, but after contacting customer support, they responded quickly and arranged a replacement.

Since it was an international shipment, it took about a week to arrive. However, the communication was smooth and I felt comfortable throughout the process. The replacement arrived without any issues, and I am satisfied.

Overall, I had a good impression of their customer service.

This is the best bag I've ever bought. Spacious and neat. I needed lots of pockets and it certainly has that. The quality is excellent too. Delivery was slightly longer than I expected but my query about that was answered quickly. Will definitely be buying other Nordace products.

I love my new bag! It's everything it was advertised to be. Compact, lightweight, attractive. Looking to buy another one in the future.

Took longer than expected to arrive. Seems like it was shipped from Asia to North America or somewhere in Europe before shipping back to uk.

The quality of the item “siena hobo cross body bag” was better than expected. But not worth the price point they ask for because of the style, as it looks like it’s for Middle Aged women or older. But if you don’t mind then it’s a great bag to take on holiday with you as there’s multiple pockets and it’s not too small and not too big.
