I like it works good , lightweight only complaint so far it’s the round brush attachment pulls my hair from time to time so avoid having your hair in the middle try to keep hair in small sections as close to the tip as possible

This product was so easy to use. The tutorial they sent me was spot on. I highly recommend this system.

DON'T BUY!!!!! I received my hair dryer and it broke in half after 17 days of having and my 3rd time using it. I reached out to customer service, sent video and pics, and was informed I had 72 hours to report any defects; therefore i dont qualify for a mew hair dryer or refund . I work full time and didnt start using it until that weekend after watching the videos on how to. The return policy says 60 days and no where on the website does it say you have 72 hours. Very misleading company, I suspect SCAM. Hair dryer poorly made and fragile.

Deceived by these reviews. Not refundable, only exchangeable, for what another faulty product?? After receiving my nora styler, Im shocked at the high reviews. The brushes are made for super fine hair with short bristles, not normal hair?? These will not brush or hold my hair which is not very thick. The "air wrap" is not functional at all unless you actually hold your hair around the barrel. Very dissappointed/ dissatisfied😥

Quite pleased so far with my NoraStyler. Just tried it for the first time yesterday and looking forward to using it for various styles. Love the fact that it protects hair from heat damage and is very portable so will be great for travel.

It is ok. Doesn’t get super hot. Also the easy returns are not the case. They want you to pay return shipping back to China for this “New York” company

I have tried so many different curling implements and most I send back. This is different. It seems like quality, numerous attachments to do whatever it is I'd like to do. I appreciate the detailed booklet with photos that is included.

I have contacted support since I ordered and they are the most unhelpful support team I have ever come across. I simply wanted to cancel immediately after I purchased based on the review. I have a numerous amount of times for them to send me a return label and yet they keep asking have I opened it over and over again. The simple answer I have stated over and over again was NO! I am beyond frustrated with this lousy company. If I could give then no stars I would. They simply suck.

As I become old, my hair gets less and less and gets thin and weak. I needed a volume and a shine. Nora Styler met my expectation. It was easy to handle and with a little practice, I can make my stylish hair with volume. Of course I liked 1+1 sale. I can't wait to give one to my daughter!!! It will be my X-mar present to my daughter. So far so good!

This company is a scam. They delete all
Negative reviews and block those that wrote them. They claim to be US based but are overseas. Their easy money back guarantee is not legit. Their Facebook reviewers are all bots (everyone has very few friends). 💯 a scam. Do not buy for them.

Well, I can’t speak as to the quality of the product, because I never received it. You better hope you never have problems in the mail. They stole my money, I never received the product.

They said the address was noted as a “Seaside location,” here in Colorado.

I’ve been going around & around with them since July trying to get them to refund my money or resend the product I paid for. Which I bought a container, etc. it was fairly expensive.

I will be reporting them to the BBB.

I would give Nora Styler a negative review if possible. Absolutely the worse buying experience I have ever had! Avoid this company at all cost! They shipped to wrong address, it has been over 3 months and still do not have past and they charged me an additional $19.95 to correct the address. That means they never shipped my order because if they did they could just correct address with shipping company. THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF!!!

They state a 60 day hassle free return policy. I tried to send it back and I’m asked for a video, it is not returnable due to hygiene. They also ask me to take a video to show them it’s faulty. Please do not buy this junk. It is not worth 10 dollars. Please don’t buy this. I have been trying for over a week to get a refund and they keep copy and pasting the same thing over and over again. I will never get my money back but hopefully I can help someone else from buying this.

I purchased this for myself I loved it so much my sister bought one . My daughter purchased 2 for her daughters for Christmas.

I purchased the norastyler and I am quite impressed. After reading a number of poor reviews I did some research. It is a learning curve but but hair was super shiny and had more volume than ever. I have fine hair so nothing usually works but this did a great job!!!

This item for the price is awesome. I just made a mistake ordering the wrong size. This item is more for shorter hair . Thanks Rebecca
