Goods have to be returned to China. (this company is a dropshipper)

Do NOT buy this Nora mascara! It is a scam, product came in after 4weeks, after 5 emails. The mascara is terrible!!! Never again!
I am not happy with this the black liquid if you get it on your skin you cant get off and the metal brush with the liquid it comes barly come in your eyelashes and it was very expansive
