Awful, awful awful. The property industry doesn't have the best reputation. It is firms like this that give the good guys a bad name. There is a programme called "Stah lets flats" on channel 4. These guys make him look good.
ALL OF THESE REVIEWS CAN'T BE WRONG!!

Rip off merchants. They charge 6 months in advance for foreign students and then after that is paid they say that is for the final 6 months of the lease! Unbelievable. The property was in terrible shape, badly maintained and very expensive for what it was. They make one STUDENT collect and transfer the rent for everyone and that student must chase everyone - not the agents. not sure what their fee is for...if a student late with rent it is up to the other students to pay in their place or they are charged interest. that can't be right or legal? Really disgraceful the way students are burdened with debt and treated by this agent.

STAY AWAY FROM NOPS AND SPECIALLY HANNAH GEORGE and the apartment that’s in 120A MALBOROUGH ROAD, YOUVE BEEN WARNED STAY AWAY FROM THIS PIGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHE CAN SEEM NICE AT FIRST BUT ALL SHE WANNA DO IS TRAP YOU IN A BAD RENTING SITUATION AND THEN DIP!

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I HAVENT BEEN SO MISTREATED MY WHOLE LIFE. NOPS ARE JUST SOME LEGAL CRIMINALS THAT DONT MIND IF YOURE WELL OR NOT , MY PROPERTY HAD LEAKINGS OF WATER, MY BED WAS BROKEN AND WAS ABOUT 20+ years (it was like a hidden camera for real) and the worst part was the horrible noise coming from upstairs, I CAN HEAR EVERY STEP MY NEIGHBOR HAS, VERY TV SHOW , EVERYTIME SHE GOES TO THE BATHROOM OR HAS A SEXUAL RELATIONSHIP I CAN HEAR EVERYTHING WITH DETAIL AND IM BECOMING CRAZY.

THE BEST PART IS WHEN I TRIED TO ASK NOPS FOR HELP THIS WAS THEIR RESPONSE, ITS A COPY PASTE FROM HANNAHA GEORGE EMAIL AFTER TELLING HER EVERY ISSUE I HAVE “ If you wish to move out you will need to follow the early termination process, you can advertise the property on Dailyinfo, Gumtree, at your College or Uni“ PATHETIC! (AND IVE ONLY BEEN HERE FOR 2 WEEKS AND ITS ALREADY THE WORTS EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE )

Again STAY AWAY FROM NOPS!!!!!!!

NOPS are an appalling letting agency - the flat I am staying in is in an awful state with hairs from the previous person everywhere, filthy walls, faulty appliances, and a bad smell.

STAY AWAY! NOPS is complicit in discrimination by landlords towards people on Universal Credit and other benefits. This is despicable and straightforwardly unlawful. Not to mention NOPS is arguably the worst agent in Oxford by the quality of their properties alone.

This agency is absolutely complicit in landlord discrimination against renting to people on benefits and to top it off is refusing to sign ACORN’s No DSS Discrimination Pledge. It’s illegal to discriminate against people on benefits and it tells you everything you need to know by the fact that they won't state that they are Yes to DSS

NO STARS NOT AN OPTION
NOPS are a Dreadful Company. Handed over keys to my daughter's shared house with ongoing works and electrical wires sticking out of wall by her bed. They couldn't care less if she had been electrocuted!
Fire door had recently been replaced and would not open!!! Workmen did not turn up on appointed day to finish works when my daughter had taken day off work to accommodate them. Next they called her at work to say they were on their way. Daughter still living out of boxes because of state of room had left valuable belongings (laptop, coursework, jewellery etc) on bed and was very upset.
20 year old students,(unless taking health and safety degrees) are not aware of the dangers of a house in this condition and where else was she to sleep that night.
Because I was being persistent on my daughter's behalf I was told I didn't know what I was talking by agent who also couldn't open fire door. I presume a fire door is for escape in event of fire and bare electric wires should not stick out of walls
They blamed the landlord but are they not supposed to inspect the property to make sure it is safe?
Although NOPS have been receiving the rent from my daughter on time they do not act of behalf of tenant. In our case one tenant is in 6 months arrears and NOPS have done nothing to chase the overdue rent. They blame the landlord but are unable/unwilling to prove what actions they have taken to recover moneys due. Now we are reaching end of tenancy the people who have paid are in jeopardy of losing their deposits and not the person responsible. We have been chasing this matter for some time but NOPS are blaming the landlord although it is they who are  responsible for collecting the rent. Nearly every email has been ignored or passed on to junior member of staff will no knowledge of history. Fobbed off every time.
Ignore like the plague.
Find another agency this one isn't worth it and certainly doesn't care about the wellbeing of their tenants
All the above can be proven

Student house rental so probably a common story but here is our experience. Residents moved in to a dirty, mould ridden house. Pre occupancy cleaning not done- mould on curtains, mattresses, inside cupboards, on walls and ceilings. Response has been that it's a result of the resident's lifestyle....even before they moved in! The only actions carried out by them are as result of constant hounding by students and their parents. Hugely expensive rental and non existent support from letting agent. Daylight robbery.

Did not divulge issues with a property and were a nightmare to deal with. i would consider them to be not fit to do business with.

Cost me a lot of money to get away from them.

If you can avoid using NOPS then do so.
