Transparent pricing, one dashboard, great support!

We’ve been using Noovy for several years and really appreciate the transparent pricing — no surprise monthly fees like with our previous system. Everything is managed from one dashboard, so there’s no need to switch between platforms. Whenever I have a question or run into an issue, the Noovy support team responds quickly and actually helps resolve it, which is a refreshing change from the generic support we experienced before.

Noovy- AVOID!!!

Noovy massively over sold their product, and therefore hugely under delivered. Communicating that their product has solutions for all of the areas others didn’t. When it came to the crunch their onboarding team was complacent and made a complete mess of existing calendars and pricing. The systems were not easy to use and too basic. They cost us a fortune and an immense amount of time. Within a month we moved to Room Raccoon who did in two weeks what Noovy did in 9 months. Complete shambles of a company. AVOID!!!
