My experience with Noor Qalb has been Really positive from start to finish. They are closing but took time out to thank me for my order and kept me up to date until the receipt of my order. I ordered 2 necklaces, one of which is a personalised one and I am so impressed with the quality and design. I am going to try and get another order in before they close down.

Scam! Do not buy from here
This is a scam. Unfortunately I only realised after I’d wasted £40. The trust pilot reviews on the website are fake, and there’s a lot of info online exposing this as a scam. I received the type of rubbish you’d get from Temu for a few quid. Appalling that they would pretend to be donating to Palestine and that this is a Muslim woman owned business when it’s just cheap Chinese goods.

I received the Palestine Watermelon hoops and it unfortunately arrived broken, which I think was likely the carrier’s fault. I was really disappointed at first because I genuinely loved it.
