Nooro was founded in 2022 on the belief that health is not born, it is built. —It happens when you can walk with confidence… knowing that you’re safe, secured and in good condition. We got our start from conversations with people sharing their agonizing pain, be it knees, feet or eyes. The unhealthy lifestyle we often go through stops at nothing to destroy our “happy lives.” So, you need to be ready before the worst happens, and this was the inspiration for Nooro. To start our journey of designing specific products for specific problems.

Ongoing charges and no products!
My wife’s credit card has been charged hundreds of US dollars including a fee every 3 months. We never made a single order and nothing was delivers / wehave absolutely nothing to show for this. She has no idea how she even placed the original order. We have never received a single product and there is nothing to warrant an ongoing fee. We ask Nooro to contact us urgently and give us a full refund. We feel like we have been cheated of a total of $396US starting with an initial charge of 39US in July last year and 3 x quarterly charges of 119US! Beware consumers! Paul & Sarah (Australia)
Update: Hi Nicky, thanks for your prompt response. My wife (svwjordan) emailed Nooro last night from her Gmail. Please let me know if can’t find her email.

Updated review.
Shortly after writing the review below I got a call from Nicky in Nooro's customer service group. Nicky was fantastic. She answered all of my questions about the magnetic insoles as well as about the other Nooro products that I've purchased recently. I learned a lot about how to use these products efficiently. I strongly recommend that anyone purchasing a Nooro product should sign up for a free coaching session. And if you're lucky, you'll wind up with Nicky as your coach.
I"ve been waiting for two weeks to schedule an instructional session. You don't call back or write back.
And I can't use the pads because they don't fit in my shoes.
How can I reach a person who can help me?

I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered the half tip fake toe nails and I got the full fake toe nails instead.

When we pay in full for a purchase no one expects to have to continue paying for it over & over again. Your company continued to take money from my Mastercard until the Bank cancelled it for me. Discussing practice.

The product that you sell is very good. The sizoing is problematic. The long socks that I got from you are really good. But don’t fit.You have to develope a formula that gets some measurements so that the proper sizes are shipped out.it is a giant waste of everything when you ship something that does not fit.

The light and the pens seemed to work to get rid of my toenail fungus. Thank you

The item never worked. The electronic device never charged. This is a scam from the beginning. DO Not waste your money
