I tried to cancel before they sent me the prescription and they said it was already shipped. 5 days later it still shows that it has not been shipped!

I got my results and felt satisfied with Noom. I highly recommend.

Good program. Easy to use. Great support.

Noom guides and supports you throughout all of the steps to this program. And, it is much more than medicine you receive. They help with easy logging of: daily weigh-in; each meal and snack; counting of calories and protein, etc. On top of that there are educational pieces (1-2 minutes - not long) about the psychology of the journey and inner peace items as well. Questions you ask through the app or email are responded to. You have to do the work and watch those calories!!! But if you are willing, it works.

Micro dosing got me over the weight loss at 50 hump and the app provided support and guidance for the nutrition and exercise piece. Given my weight loss goal was small and I exercise regularly and have no health issues, the biomarker piece was interesting but not particularly helpful. Support was available if needed but I did not use this feature.

Excellent results from being on this program. Lots of support and learned great habits. My goal of 140 is in sight!

Support from the app, the care team, the physicians, and my coach have made this the easiest and best experience . I have no regrets and feel very healthy!

The Noom app is much improved from a few years ago. It is far easier to log foods and the feedback classes are also short and sweet. I think this time around I can succeed.

Noom has consistently helped me meet my health goals.

Did a 7 day free trial, and after it expired, the app showed the option for another 7 day trial. Having used Noom previously I found I was offered extended trials etc so thought I'd sign up again. I have screenshots proving it was a FREE trial, and that payment would be taken if I didn't cancel by 26th May. As soon as I signed up, they took the full 12 months (£190) from my account causing me to go overdrawn. When I contacted Noom they simply said they couldn't do anything because I'd done it through Apple. Luckily I got refunded after 2 days but it was very stressful, the service from Noom was awful, eventually I got stuck in a cycle of messaging their AI bot who said I was connected to a live agent even though I wasn't, and yet I was getting emails saying they needed a response from me or my case would be closed. It apparently happened because Apple only lets you have one free trial, but then this shouldn't be offered again to someone who is not eligible. They just told me next time use my email address instead for a free trial - there won't be a next time!! Also, the free version is now rubbish, you can't track your meals anymore.

The cost of the Noom Med (microdosing GLP-1) has been affordable. There is so much support and progress towards my goal has been consistent from the beginning (with little to no side effects).

Great team support. Product arrives when scheduled. The product works great and weight is coming off the way I like with no side effects.

I’ve used Noom before and lost weight. I’ve been maintaining but wanted to lose a little more and get past my plateau. Now that they have meds it made it even easier to join and get back on track.

This is such an effective, supportive, encouraging program for healthy weight loss. I have been inundated with ads, promising if you use the "gelatin trick" you'll lose 28 pounds in 2 weeks. Even if that could possibly be true, which it can't, it would be so unhealthy it could kill you. NOOM encourages the behavior to support weight loss, but in a very safe and effective way.

Have to say that I am extremely disappointed with my whole experience with Noom. I have sent two emails in the last 2 weeks with not one response.
Money has been taken out of my account without my consent to withdraw the funds. Please respond to my emails to have this resolved promptly.

I am really loving this program and seeing results.

A great program. Tremendous support with a personal coach. Great workout programs ( tons of them,) great meal ideas for every diet plan, lots of medical supervision and encouragement on every front. This program is the “ whole package” for a safe and effective weight loss with recommendations for improving life habits.
