The gentleman who did my assessment was very attentive understand me listening no judgement, he's very professional.
Also I got an appointment very quickly.
Thanks to all the team.
God bless
Fantastic, quick, thorough, friendly and professional service from the start and to date. still some involvement to go as i’m not finished but the experience has been very good so far.
The assessor I had was very nice and listened to what I was saying.
I’ve waited around 9 months to get to my titration point with CARE ADHD Imran Khalid was my prescriber and he was very informative and helpful and didn’t mind all the questions I had ! He listened to my main concerns and my lifestyle and has prescribed something to fit into my shifts. I know it’s a long wait but when you do speak to someone they are lovely.
I do not recommend this company if you are hoping for titration.
My assessment and initial experience was very positive. I ha e been waiting for nearly 9 months for titration.... I am now into the 9th month of waiting for any information. They do not answer phones within 2 hours, and when they do it's to provide empty platitudes. The online chat service is terrible and again you usually wait over 1.5 hours and they either shut the chat before you are able to respond to them, or they offer no information or support. The company appears to be poorly ran, with no SLA's or care for individuals with ADHD. I would avoid using their services.

At the beginning, everything seemed to be perfect, I was offered an assessment quickly but then it's what came afterward that has astounded me. I was given a diagnosis and was awaiting titration for which I was given a max waiting time for that to commence. I have since called twice and had no luck in getting any answers from the company. They recently sent out forms for me to complete in relation to titration, I did all these and then at the end It stated that the wait that I was told originally which was over 6 months ago started from the point I finished the forms despite me not receiving anything. Honestly, after my assessment and what I disclosed as my struggles, there is a complete lack of compassion and a complete disregard for the daily struggles of their patients, I have already started enquiries about changing right to choose providers after a diagnosis and I have been told this is possible.

The assessment went really well. The lady was so lovely and very understanding. She made me feel so at ease.v
I got diagnosed in February and submitted my titration request form in march 7 months later im still yet to hear back from CARE ADHD despite sending several emails. When that didn’t work i tried to get through to them over the phone but had no luck with that either which is extremely disappointing.
I initially went with CARE ADHD because they were advertising wait times of around 2 weeks which I should have known was too good to be true. Soo far it’s been a nightmare and it’s seriously taking a toll on my mental health knowing that I am unable to get the help that I need. Up until now I’ve been very considerate and patient but the lack of communication is really concerning. It’s clear they don’t care for the patients.
I’m not too sure what to do at this point it’s affecting my performance at university and feel hopeless. I fear the only option I’m left with is to reach out to my Gp and get them to refer me to another provider.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Support During ADHD Titration
I received my ADHD titration care under Ash (Ashraf Danga), and I can’t recommend him highly enough. He was incredibly patient, supportive and understanding throughout the entire process.
Ash took the time to listen carefully, explain how each medication worked, and guide me safely through each adjustment. I never felt rushed during appointments and always felt heard and reassured.
His approach was both professional and genuinely caring, which made such a difference while navigating ADHD treatment and finding the right medication and dosage for me. Thanks to his guidance, I came away from titration feeling much more confident and informed about my treatment.
I’m very grateful for the support I received and would highly recommend Ash to anyone going through ADHD titration.

All through the process of diagnosis and obtaining medication, the staff at Care ADHD have been amazing particularly Zeeshan Iqbal, who has been understanding and patient and has replied very quickly to all of my emails and questions. The waiting lists are long everywhere you go but the communication and reassurance has been second to none. I have recommended Care ADHD to everyone I know who is waiting for a diagnosis
I was so excited when I heard about the right to choose website and saw amazing time frames of eight weeks to get a diagnosis with Care Adhd. I submitted my referral early 2025 and was so excited to finally see if Adhd was the root cause of my issues unfortunately my assessment wasn’t until November of that year so a far cry from the eight week advertise timeframe however I was happy to be seen as soon as they possibly could just to get answers. I received my full diagnosis and was put forward for medication which is a separate appointment. I was given a a timeframe of six weeks once that had passed. I chased Care Adhd and was told it would be a further 12 week wait as there was a long waitlist once that had been and gone I chased again and was told I needed to complete some forms which was sent to me that day I completed them within the hour and was told that now I would re-go onto the waitlist we’re now looking at almost a year since my diagnosis with no support emails go unresponded to and I feel unsupported and unheard given unrealistic timeframe that get my hopes up that support is around the corner when we’re looking at a total of almost 2 years I’m writing this review because I’ve to the point where I don’t know where to go from here and want to raise awareness that the right to choose timeframes aren’t as realistic as expected. All I want is my medication and to feel like life is calm and I am able to cope but all I’ve been given is false hope and a diagnosis that’s going untreated day by day and year by year it would seem.

All the staff that I have spoken to since starting my ADHD diagnosis journey have been amazing, really friendly, patient and informative!
I did have to chase them to get my titration appointments sorted (I understand now that they have a vast backlog of patients that they are trying to get through) but they were really apologetic and accommodating.

I truly am so grateful that when choosing a RTC provider I randomly chose CareADHD.
When I read the experience of others with some providers it is clear I would have not found the treatment I needed within the time given. I experienced only support during my titration including help to try a more suitable medication and the time I needed to become stable.
They get a lot of negativity due to communication and how busy they have become which could be improved but I do feel they have my best interests in mind.
THANK YOU!!

I was diagnosed with ADHD in January and was told in May that my clinical screening had been completed and that I was ready to proceed to treatment. I completed all the required forms and was told I would then be added to the bookings list and contacted regarding my first titration appointment.
It is now several months later and I still haven't been contacted or given an appointment. My mental health has deteriorated during this time, and I have been left feeling frustrated and completely in the dark about when I will actually receive treatment.
I understand that services can have waiting times, but the lack of communication and the length of time I've been left waiting after completing everything requested has been extremely disappointing. I expected much better communication and support following my diagnosis.

After previously complaining and being constantly messed around and given false hope regarding wait times post being diagnosed I was finally booked in for Today (Saturday the 3rd of October at 11.15am) I was given the teams link, I was given a name of the clinician that I would be seeing and a reminder stating this time and date for my appointment. I joined the teams meeting multiple times, I was early, I have been anticipating and praying for this appointment for months struggling to live with my adhd, and I’ve been completely stood up, no cancellation on the clinicians behalf, no communication nothing. I have waited almost an hour for someone to show up. This service is disgusting, the lack of care is disgusting. Someone is going to end up losing their life to this services neglect, I am absolutely sick and tired and completely appalled time and time again. I wish I had never gone through with this provider. If I could give anyone advice it would be don’t use this service and if you can escape using it then please do, I have been diagnosed with adhd since I was 10 years old I’m now 23, I can barely survive without my medication, I have never felt more let down and miserable in my life.
Something needs to change and I’ll be putting in a formal complaint.
