Do not buy clothes from this site!

I bought an item of clothing from this company. What arrived was not what I ordered - not even close! When I queried this, they said their returns policy was now very convoluted as their warehousing arrangements to receive returned goods was in flux. This raised my suspicions, but I persisted. When I asked for a refund, they said they couldn't but that they could offer a gift voucher and that I could keep the clothes. But I didn't want them. When I then asked how to redeem the voucher, I never heard from them again! My advice is not to order clothes from this company.
