The scammers at Mozaics who have ruined the clothing industry for middle-aged women in Australia should be in jail!! They have absolutely decimated all our clothing stores by being greedy and taking over about ten brands (including Noni B’s) and then running them into the ground and closing down all the stores!!!. They still owe millions of dollars to the people who make these clothes living in Bangladesh too! Shame on them!! The CEO’s should be in jail!

Bought quite a few things from them in February still waiting for 3 items contacted customer service what a joke told me to call back in a week if not received well that don't work took my money can't get a refund yet keep getting emails to buy their clothes no way be warned

Beware I bought from the website thinking I was buying good quality branded goods. For $200+ all the clothes were from unbranded Chinese company and had no labels on the collar and were super thin and poor quality. I checked the webpage and unless it has been hacked I don't know what is going on. I have 2 complaints I created on their website to return them, but they just keep saying they are busy. I would say it is illegal to do this. Anyone else been impacted? Funny a local Chinese girl answered their 1800 no.

Yet another company stealing my photos and designs! This company uses photos stolen from Etsy small businesses and passes them off as their own, then sends out cheap knock offs. Who knows what you will receive...if you receive anything! Same shop as www. katies. com. au

Reverse search the images in google lens and buy from the original designers.

Noni B is cheating their customers. I had a $50 gift card and was told that I could only use it if I spent an extra $50 cash in store. Or I could use only $25 of the $50 voucher on items in store and forfeit the balance $25.

So I bought something worth $30 (gift card) and had to pay $5 from my pocket since I could use only $25 of my gift card and my item was worth $30.

The rest of my $25 from my gift card was taken off me by Noni B! They are cheats.

DO NOT BUY from Noni B...for over one month I have been waiting for a refund for goods that never arrived,,,They just keep telling me they are waiting for the 3rd party to respond.since December 2024.(it was a xmas present). I have phoned them at least 5 times and they say 'we will get back to you and never do' They owe me over $239.00.
PLEASE KEEP YOUR HARD WORKED MONEY. ,,Do NOT use this website or associated companies.., they are dishonest.

Noni B won’t honour credit note of $100 unless I spend $200 cash. This company is dodgy .

NONIB is RIPPING OFF their customers, I brought my mum a $200 Gift card and she is unable to buy anything unless she spends an additional $200 dollars of her own money. She is on the pension and can’t afford to spend $200 dollars of her own money and that’s why i brought her the gift card. She is unable to spend a portion of the Gift card. Noni B won’t accept returns either .... KEEP AWAY FROM NONIB. it was her favourite shop, and she will never enter the store again!!!

Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering but trusted them as they're in Australia! I received a dress ordered on line and it is a very bad fit and badly cut. The fabric is sloppy and cheap. Also the colour does not resemble the colour in the ad. I immediately requested a refund and got a reply full of types of purchase, links and far too much information most of which is irrelevant. I wrote again asking for a refund or credit note. I doubt very much they will agree as it was a sale item. But $60 is $60!! Will never order from them again. And neither should you!!

Bought two blouses that were advertised as printed linen top. Just went to put them in the washing machine and checked tag for washing instructions. Tag says 100% cotton. Very disappointing and misleading advertising.

I recently purchased a cardigan online. I was very disappointed with the quality when it arrived. It looks like it has been worn for 10 years by someone already and poorly made. I was surprised given the original asking price. I bought it at a sale price but it will not be worth paying postage to return it. Once bitten....

To travel 40 mins to shop at noni b on Sunday only to arrive 1hr and 10 mins before advertised closing time to find the store closed apparently the time change a month ago and hasn’t been updated not to mention the new closing time was 2 but of course they close the store 15 mins before closing time so they can get out of there on time Emma the sale person was less than helpful her only concern was to get out early . Not the first time I’ve received special deals from noni b also to arrive at a store and they know nothing about it even though I have the offer on my phone . Loosing faith in this store I would like an explanation as to why the 2 pm close now has become 1.45 so the staff can leave at 2

Noni B jacket I bought was poor quality, raw edges inside. Sales consultant advised that’s why it was $40; however the original price was about $169. Really? Trenery has similar style, well finished, bamboo fabric, same price. Apparently $40 was a “hot” sale price. I should have looked more closely before buying because returns are exchange or gift card only.

I entered your Batemans Bay store this morning with a trolley which i had put near the front door. Before I could take my hand off the trolley and grab my handbag the extreamly rude sales assistant said leave the trolley there. No good morning would you mind leaving the trolley there nothing like that at all. I replied it was my intention to leave it there. I then left the store. Your rude assistant lost about 200 dollars in sales as I had been in the previously durong the week but was strapped for time so I already knew what i was going to purchase. A little less abrasive approach is required. I will not return. Shop local they say. Why both online for me and not from Noni B

I made a huge mistake by dropping into the tweed heads South NONIB store at the Large shopping complex while on my way to find my favourite bread shop.

I’ve no idea who the tallish plus size assistant was but she was the rudest person I’ve ever met in a shop .

I’d highly recommend to walk right past that Nonib store and find one where you will be treated as a valued customer.

As many have complained before me, I can confirm they are the worst at customer service. The Board members, CEO and Operations Managers of Mosiac Brands should be sacked and replaced with more competent professionals who can actually do their job. No wonder ratings are at the very bottom. I definitely give them a negative score if this was possible. Their sizing is way off. Sometimes I think they deliberately sew on the wrong tags to clear out their unwanted stock. I usually purchase an XS size but the clothing I receive are at least three times bigger in sizing. I ordered a size 8 and turns out to be a size 12 sizing despite the size 8 tag. All their clothes have dramatically changed to being way oversized. You would not find this to be the case in stores like Kmart, Target, Myers, Uniqlo etc. I order more than four weeks ago hoping to receive the order for a special occasion, but ended up getting an automatic email response stating to not contact them again as they are working on delivering my products. Simply, they have chosen to brush off my enquiry and complaint. The worst customer service there is for online shopping.

They won't even refund my money!
I ordered few items online. On the web says you can return items in shop for shop credit – FALSE (false advertising), the shop will not receive any item (they didn't even want to see mine!).
I waited a long time to speak with somebody, but I obtained one return label. Unfortunately, only 1, and I had issues with 2 items (all explained in detail). Customer service was unable to look to the web picture and released they sent the wrong pattern (I don't care how it was called; it was not whatever they had on the web for that pattern name!). I asked them in writing, if I can send both items with that parcel, no answer, I took lots of pictures, put a lot of labels on the package (and inside) to make sure they see there are 2 items, and sent both items with that return. They refunded only one, for weeks now, I'm trying to explain and get my refund for the second item - no luck! Lost not hours, days in total!

I am so upset of my last experience at Noni b roselands I know no exchange at stores for sale items but I bought somethings on line and I hated it I just wanted to exchange it and they wouldn’t do it. I would think if I buy something online they would exchange it I wasn’t asking for my money back. I received it on Friday tried to exchange it Monday and Wednesday. I threw it in the bin and will never buy from them again

Before ordering some plant stands through "Mosaic" (I subsequently received emails from Autograph and then Rivers regarding the order - the emails being addressed to the wrong person!!! - and then very belated refund was paid by "Noni B Holdings",so who knows who I was really dealing with!!), I received written confirmation from the company that the items were in stock. I immediately placed the order and payment was made. More than a week later, I was informed that there was no available stock!!! The conduct of the company to assure it had stock when it did not was disingenuous to say the least. In fact I think it was misleading and deceptive. What happened subsequently was even worse - it then took almost another week to get a refund of $355.60. In other words, Autograph/Mosaic/Rivers/Noni B had the use of my payment for nearly 2 weeks and I received nothing - no interest on the payment and no compensation for the non-sale. Appalling conduct.

POST SCRIPT: to further demonstrate the unacceptable manner in which this company conducts ityself, I have been included as a receipient of and have received 2 emails relating to an order placed by an unknown and unrelated third party!!! Clearly, lack of confidentiality can be added to the company's list of deficiencies

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Have experienced ongoing problems with returning items from several orders. Now they're delaying responses even further and just ignoring their customers.

Had to return shirts that were far larger than that shown on their sizing guide, e.g one woman's shirt was 20cm too wide! It's taken more than 2 months to return it because they continued to ignore my emails.

Now I'm having issues with returning some sheets that were marked as "sheet sets" and referred to "sheets" plural on the webpage, but were actually only ONE sheet. Misleading information. I've emailed them multiple times and phone them twice.

I have now had to resort to submitting a complaint to the ACCC because they continue to ignore me.

DO NOT TRUST THEM! They continually lie about sorting these issues out, and deliberately muck customers around so you just give up out of frustration.
