Worst experience Ive ever had

I canceled an order immediately after it was made, I spoke to an representative and they informed mre that they would cancel the order and refund the money but that never happened. I never recieved an order or my money back .The representative in formed me that my money couldnt be returned until they sold the product . It was 6 days later and I had to contact paypal as well as my bank . It was such a hassle and the worst experience Ive ever had with using ebay.
