Anyone thinking of this system should be aware of what is below ground and despite CAT scanning that is not always foolproof.
There is a saving in time (less than 4 hours on site to fit 21 piles) ,in spoil removal and in reducing general mess with this system if it suits the ground type and conditions.
There was a slight lack of attention to detail at the specifying stage and a last minute (2 weeks approx) notification that the piles could not be installed closer than 275mm centre to a low retaining wall meant a redesign. Ultimately I reduced the size of the building to enable the ring beam to bear centrally on the piles rather than risk a cantilever situation. That information earlier would have helped. Omission of the appropriate caps at pre-order stage meant a correction. More knowledgable engineer/salespeople and designers please with attention to detail!.....
Otherwise pleasant to deal with . I hope to use the system again for a similar project.

Great service. Kept me advised as to what I would need for the project and were flexible enough to take on another on the same booking, and then vary the requirements. Costs are very sensible . Very happy all round

We have just had ground screws and a timber base frame installed by No More Digging’s Southwest team for our garden office project. What would have taken days for our builders to achieve with ground levelling and concrete was completed in a couple of hours thanks to the team’s impeccable work. We ended up with a solid robust base for our build. It was easy to map out what we needed and they were happy to discuss the project both with me directly and with our builder. I’d recommend ensuring you’ve measured the degree of any slopes correctly beforehand (our builder did this for us) as it is key to having the installation go smoothly. Had to rate it a five star as we are so pleased.

Jason and his team worked like Trojans throughout the day and didn't leave the site until the job was done and i was datusfued withbthe completed project. They were polite, informative, very tidy and considerate. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is considering using No More Digging ground screws. I cant wait for thr next stage in getting my garden office installed!

I was very happy with the polite and efficient service of the 'No More Digging' team from the Thames Valley area. Everything was done efficiently and as promised. Despite having to work with hard gravelly soil, they have installed a very solid base for my garden office cabin. I am very pleased with the result and recommend this team to anyone considering using them.

Great service. I needed it done quickly and they did everything they could to squeeze my job in. The installers turned up, were very professional and juts got on. Left the job tidy, all posts in and level.

Needed ground screws put in for an architect-designed garden room. Three lads in a van turned up before they were due. Good team led by Jason, explained the job to us and got on with it - quick, efficient and no mess.

A very fast and professional process from beginning to end. Needed a base for a garden room in my garden. Was given a competitive quote, and when I had questions, I was given concise answers. Was also surprised that the team had a slot for me earlier than anticipated which was nice. Arrived at the property earlier than expected on the day but that was ok by me. Work was completed quickly and the guys were friendly and talkative so that was a great touch as well. Would highly recommend.

From first contact with the No Digging Team the service was first class - taking time to explain the process, the product and detailed case studies. I was going to built a traditional base for decking over difficult sloping ground but never again as this product ticks all bases. Matt and the team arrived on time and were friendly and experienced and transformed the project within hours including timber subframe installation. Highly recommended and will use again!!

No More Digging had the answer to a tricky problem which was to install a large workshop next to an already leaning Willow which we did not want to lose.

By installing 9 ground-screws and building a wooden frame they were able to install the base with minimal disruption to the area around the tree.

Further to this is the fact that they were given the wrong instructions for the frame by the shed supplier so No More Digging came back and made the changes free-of-charge which was great of them.

All the staff have been more than helpful in terms of working round our availability and answering all of our questions so I highly recommend this organisation.
