Amazing business
I had to issue a return/exchange due to the fact I chose the wrong ring size. The process was very smooth and quick. The staff was very available and my emails were answered in less than 5 minutes. Made the wait worth it.

Don't buy from Europe, unless you want to pay a lot
My boyfriend and I bought two gifts, also motivated by the fact that part of the proceeds support the Palestinian cause. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. At checkout we discovered unexpectedly high shipping costs to Italy, and a few days later we were charged even more. In the end, we ended up paying more for shipping than for the gifts themselves.
Both of us are experienced online shoppers, and we believe this was simply a poor user experience. Customer support was unhelpful and did not improve the situation. The products themselves were of decent quality, but I’ve found better jewelry from other brands in the same price range.

had one of the worst online shopping experiences with Nominal. Their website claims orders “ship the next day”, yet my order was extremely delayed. After waiting far too long, I was hit with an additional $87 in customs and duties when my package finally arrived in Canada. Nowhere during checkout was this made transparent, unlike other international companies I’ve ordered from where duties are clearly included upfront. Their reply was “ I completely understand how unexpected fees can be frustrating.
We do our best to make this as clear as possible through our FAQ, product descriptions, and at checkout to ensure transparency.
However, I understand that these details can sometimes be overlooked.“
Very sketchy company
To make matters worse, customer service offered me nothing more than a gift card, which would only force me to shop with them again and face the same hidden fees and shipping delays. That’s not a solution, that’s passing the problem back to the customer.
No matter how nice the jewelry looks, it is not worth the stress, delays, and hidden costs. I will never order from them again and strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing.

Poor quality product and bad service
Poor quality jewellery. Very cheap looking and tacky. Jewellery box and pouch had a sticker with a barcode on. Difficult to remove and not ideal for a gift.
Despite multiple emails explaining how disappointed I was with the order customer service refused to pay for shipping back to IS as I’m in the UK and it was stated policy. Seems a bit unfair as domestic shipping for refunds is included.
I’d give these a miss personally.
In response the the reply the order wasn’t delivered in perfect condition as it’s of very low quality. I guess nominal just hand low standards.

A+ Customer Service
I placed an order with Nominal and was sent an incorrect item. Their customer service was very fast and corrected the issue by immediately sending a replacement item. I expected to hear back from their customer service department in a day or so but my emails were answered within the hour.
