Great company. Any problems that arose they were quick to just completely send you a brand new item.

Nomad makes great products with a classy/ sporty original designs, good quality and durability - but even more importantly, they also have a good support which for one is personal and not AI driven, for the other is focussed on resolving issues to the customers satisfaction; which unfortunately is not granted anymore today with many other companies.

Nomad is a really reliable company, the products are of the highest quality, I highly recommend them and I will definitely buy them again.

I received a Nomad Stratos metal watch band black on black as a gift. Really great band for my Apple Watch Ultra. The rubber is flexible and the titanium exterior is beautiful. It's the best of both worlds allowing me to use one watch for the gym and still look great when going out. Nice and light weight as well.

I’ve accidently submitted an order with the wrong shipping address. I’ve reached out Nomad CS and they helped almost immediately to sort it out! Very quick and eficiente CS support.

Very helpful, quick to respond, and more than took care of me. They sent me a warranty replacement and when that one had an issue, they issued me credit to purchase a different case. Super helpful, very friendly, and great products. I was helped by Dan in Customer Service, and he was amazing! (For some reason this shows as 4.4/5, but they get a 5/5 in my book)

I recently made my first purchase with Nomad and encountered a couple of issues. I had trouble applying the promo codes and accidentally entered the wrong shipping address. Thankfully, the customer service team, especially Ozi, was incredibly helpful. They resolved both problems quickly and efficiently, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Bought the Modern Leather Case for my new iPhone 17 Pro. Decided to live large since I’m retired, so I bought the limited edition Burgandy Horween leather case. It’s stunning, both look and feel. Everything they promised. Luxury. The leather is simply exquisite. And the buttons are *perfect.* Especially the camera button. I use my camera a lot. It’s almost perfectly flush with the TPU bumper. I like that. Every once in a while I click it accidentally. No big deal. I just click the main button above it and camera goes away. This is so preferable to a “cutout” which cheap cases use. I highly recommend this case.

Purchased Apple Watch Ultra band and honestly, might have damaged in when installing on my watch. My fault. I reached out to their customer service. They were very understanding and helpful. They offered to use their warranty process to send the band back to them and they sent me a new one. Excellent customer service. Great communication.
