Full disclosure, I wrote this review in April of last year with regards to Nomad Elite's services in helping my wife obtain residency in Paraguay. I believe Trustpilot removed the review because I didn't include specific details about her case and they suspected that we didn't actually make use of the service. I'm not sure, but I'll include more details here in case anyone has any doubt.

My wife and I were in the middle of immigration proceedings to the US in the Spring of 2025. One major issue that complicated our case was that she only had residency in a country where the US embassy wouldn't take immigration cases, which made it so that we had to jump through a few uncomfortable hoops for her eventual interview. We were looking around for a solution to this problem when we discovered Nomad Elite and their services to help establish residency in Paraguay. We had a free consultation with Gerald to see if it would be a viable option for us, and we were so happy we did. He was very pleasant to talk to, very knowledgable about the process, and addressed all of our concerns in a satisfactory way, which is actually pretty rare for us. We committed to Paraguayan residency with Nomad Elite, and we're very thankful for that decision.

Jessi met us at the airport at around 5 am, and was able to speak with us in English, which I appreciated a lot (My wife is fluent in Spanish, but I don't have a good handle on the language yet). Mauricio handled a lot of our case further down the road, and he was very pleasant to work with as well. Gerald often checked in on us to make sure that we were doing well and he even invited us to his wedding later that year, after he and his team successfully helped my wife obtain residency in Paraguay. The whole process was very smooth, the team was very apparently experienced and understood the ins and outs of the whole thing, it was always pleasant dealing with them, and we were comfortable with them taking the reins throughout this process while we were dealing with our own endeavors. My wife is someone who constantly worries about just about everything, and they gave her a peace of mind that was priceless during such a hectic period in our lives. Having finished the process with them later last year, my opinion remains the same. I went to Paraguay in March 2026. Going alone to an unfamiliar place, meeting and traveling by car with people I didn't know to get my residency papers, was very stressful at first. But I was pleasantly surprised by how Nomad Elite handles everything. A very friendly and easy-to-talk employee from the company picked me up from my Airbnb and took me everywhere I needed to go. They did all the work for me. I had to take a photo, give my fingerprints to Interpol, and sign in a few places, and that was it for the first day. The second day, I waited a little while at immigration to have my photo taken and sign my name on some papers. I got my residency papers then. After that, a quick visit to the notary, and everything was finalized. I'm sharing my story to show you how stress-free it is. Nomad Elite makes it incredibly easy—something I couldn't have done on my own. I recommend you do business with Nomad elite and their team.

Nomad Elite were strict in a good sense, with what documents I had to bring and they did a thorough assessment of them before they gave me a go ahead to buy my flight ticket. I was then given an itinerary for the week I had planned to spend in Asunción. On arrival I was picked up at the airport and taken to the hotel I had booked. I spent the Monday and the Friday in the various government offices guided/transported by Nomad Elite personnel. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday I was free to explore Asunción and smaller places outside of it. To go through the process without Nomad Elite’s assistance would not have worked for me as a stranger to Paraguay and Asunción. They were very welcoming and professional in their work. So many thanks to Gerald and his team.
