Problem after problem with the kitchen installation and extremely poor communications. Still waiting for issues to be resolved and at the point of asking for some of my money back.

We chose Nolte Kitchens believing we were paying for a premium product and a professional, end-to-end service. Unfortunately, after our original point of contact changed, the entire customer experience deteriorated.

From that point on, no scheduled visits or installation dates were respected. Communication became poor, and it quickly became apparent that Nolte Kitchens and the stone supplier they partner with were not coordinated. Each company seemed ready to pass responsibility to the other rather than take ownership of the project.

To make matters worse, the installation team damaged both our wall and ceiling. It was only after they noticed us taking photos and videos of the damage that they accepted responsibility. Even now, the repairs have still not been carried out.

The installation crew regularly arrived late, unprepared, and without all the required parts, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. When we reached out to Nolte Kitchens UK for support, we got support from a script basically. What should have been an exciting experience became stressful and disappointing.

With so many kitchen companies to choose from, we regret assuming that paying for a premium brand would mean a professional service from start to finish. Instead, it feels as though once the payment was made, the focus on customer experience disappeared completely.

The quality of a kitchen is about more than the cabinets—it's about the service, communication, accountability, and respect for the customer's home. Sadly, our experience fell well short of those expectations, and we have lost trust in Nolte Kitchens.

From the initial meeting with Luis at the Westminster showroom and the various calls and meetings thereafter he has been excellent.

At no point did we feel like there was any kind of hard sell and he was incredibly patient as we navigated all the options in terms of look/design, appliances and cost giving us great and honest advice throughout the process demonstrating his deep knowledge, passion and customer service

We ended up getting them to do our utility room at the same time which wasn't part of the original plan such was our confidence in them and Luis. The guys who fitted it were also clearly very professional and what we thought might be quite stressful really wasn't

I would thoroughly recommend them and we love both the look and the quality.

The customer service throughout my kitchen project fell well below the standard I expected, especially given the level of investment. While the kitchen now looks good and the overall product quality is fine, the process to get to this point was far more stressful than it should have been.

There were several issues along the way. Design details were overlooked, such as tap placement in relation to a window, and there was confusion around the unit finish. When I raised concerns about the colour and finish not matching what I had selected in the showroom, I was initially told that these were decisions I had made, which was not the case. Instead of acknowledging the possibility of an error or misunderstanding, the responsibility felt shifted back onto me. The Slide and Hide oven, which had been confirmed in writing, was also later removed without clear communication and required escalation to resolve.

There were also delays with the worktop and splashback installations. More importantly, when issues were raised, the handling of those concerns often felt defensive rather than solution-focused, which added unnecessary stress at a stage when clarity and reassurance were needed.

I do want to highlight that the fitting and installation staff, particularly Viktor, were kind, patient and clearly did their best to help on site. They were professional in their manner and more proactive in trying to resolve practical issues. The difficulties I experienced were more related to project oversight, communication and sales or management handling rather than the fitting team themselves.

Although the issues were eventually addressed, the resolution itself was not satisfactory. I was required to pay to correct the Slide and Hide oven mistake, which was their error. No accountability was taken on their part.

The kitchen now looks good and functions well, but the overall customer service experience has left a poor impression and falls well below the standard expected, especially for the level of investment.

Super happy with my new Nolte kitchen! The showroom is amazing – really big, with lots of options and materials to see in real life, which helped a lot when choosing.

Luis, the manager, was fantastic throughout the whole process – very professional, always on time, and really attentive to the details. The installation team were careful and efficient, and even the tiniest issues were fixed straight away.

The final result looks stunning – I went for stainless steel combined with black burned-wood style facades, and everyone who visits my home is blown away by it.

Big thanks to Nolte Westminster and especially to Luis for such a smooth and enjoyable experience!

Luis did an excellent job squeezing everything into my small kitchen space. Installation was very straightforward, build quality is excellent and the kitchen continues to work brilliantly. Highly recommended.

Vivian, the designer of my new kitchen at Nolte Westminster was very firendly, knowledgeable and professional, provided me with great design options and quotes very quickly, and supported me throughout the selection, design and installation of the kitchen. Delivery and installation lasted far longer than expected, but she remained responsive, helpful and supportive throughout the project. Together with Luis, the team at the Westminster showroom is highly recommended.

The Nolte Kitchen in Westminster showroom Branch were magnificent in all aspects. Mr. Luis Rodiguez as the first point of contact as the kitchen designer is truly a gem at Nolte Kitchen, with his professionalism, in-depth knowledge and hands on approach to all our needs. He indeed made the whole process stress free with his kind advise and assistance and to be always available for any questions that we had. I have also have to praise their fitters "Dom" and "Victor" who were also experts at fitting the kitchen with minimal disruptions. We were very happy with our experience with Nolte Kitchen and especially with Mr. Luis Rodiguez. Highly recommended
