SCAM!!!
I bought some yard screens. They were 7 feet in the picture. When I received them they weren’t even 2 feet high. They won’t give me a refund.
Don’t buy anything from this company it’s a SCAM!!

I bought 2 ivy screens from this company. Once they finally arrived, each one was 1/7th of the size shown on their website video. One vertical panel barely went up to the knobs on the bottom cupboards while the lady on the video was holding a 7ft tall piece!!! There were barely any ivy leaves to begin with and when it expanded, there were HUGE gaps. I deemed the product defective as it was supposed to be a "screen barrier" for my deck as per their images on their site. It would barely cover my toilet tank if expanded!!! I have exchanged over 19 emails with them. They keep offering 5% more refund each time if I keep the useless product and they REFUSE to give me full refund despite their CLEAR policies on their website. I have so far negotiated a 45% refund after 2 weeks. They are also supposed to pay return shipping (about $20 USD) for a defective product, which they refuse to do. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Their videos and images are fake and they DO NOT honor their 90-day HASSLE-FREE return policies. I have kept all of my emails and pictures as proof and as well as their website screen shots comparing their product to what I have actually received. Nothing has worked so far. They keep switching me to another online sales rep who keeps "asking the manager" for a new solution, which continues to come back as absolutely ridiculous.
Via a facebook ad, I purchased trellis expanding screening Rubbish quality , not the same product advertised in pictures, made in china , they use multiple company names, advertise banner says "hassle free 90 day postage paid returns " a complete lie. Tried to get refund, told me was a hot item with happy custoners, offered 15pcent refund. Told me it would cost me 20usd to post back and increased refund offer from 10 to 15 pcent. They use utube with americans advertising a product that is not their one. So corrupt, wish I'd reviewed them here first !
I ordered their Magical Metal Windmill they said it was made and ships from Arizonia. When I did getting the shipping tracking info it showed being ship out of China, that explains why it was so cheap. The package came today 3/3/22 I order it on 01/28/22 so they where a little slow to ship it, I opened up the box and there it was the Magical Metal Windmill looks well made and fits their description online and it came with instructions on how to adjust it after shipping, so far I'm pleased we'll once it gets setup outside.
I got scammed when I went directly to the Noletin website and bought 2 decorate wind spinners which were supposed to be made of stainless steel in the USA. The shipping label came from Yanwen through Burnaby, BC but that label was placed over top of another label, which I can guess if from China. The actual wind spinner product is quite small, about 29 cm wide with 2 stake pieces about 31 cm long. The metal is very thin, light and cheap - it would be easy to snap. I have contacted the company to request at refund. We’ll see how they handle this request.
This is a total scam. Handmade bear carving??? It’s about 8 inches tall and made of molded plastic. Not made in the US. Something you would find in a dollar store.
Do not get scammed like me. DO NOT BUY FROM Noletin!!!
I asked to return and they are giving me the run around. Asking me to send pictures.
I ordered a 3 1/2 ft. tall wooden carved bear. I received a 1 ft. tall plastic bear. The best I can get back from them is 15% of my purchase. Absolute BS!
Pictures of Chainsaw carved bear on Facebook led to a PayPal purchase. Pictured a good sized chainsaw carved bear. Carved in the Sierra Nevada mountains. Sent a mass produced plastic looking toy bear from China. About the size of my coffee mug. Total scam. Showed one thing, sent another. No way to check until after their info started to show up on a PayPal charge and subsequent dispute. Emails all sidestep the issue and tell you it's their hot product and everyone else loves it. No way this toy bear was carved by a chainsaw. Not a "solar" light. Not a wood carving. Also this company uses multiple locations, company names including:
noletin.com;zilongjun.net; getforbest.com. Paypal charge showed as Timthy; Timithynoletin; Noletin.com. 17 email exchanges with boilerplated replies they never address the decptive marketing practice and continue to offer small discounts. Not what I ordered so why would I want a discounted version of not what I ordered.
