Parcel never arrived
I cannot review this product as it never arrived! EVRI failed to deliver my package and at present am waiting for either Nola Baby or EVRI to respond. Unfortunately I cannot find a number to contact Nola Baby just an email address. Very disappointed at present

Great customer service
I contacted Nola baby with a query and they responded very quickly and dispatched my item the next working day. I paid for express delivery but Royal Mail took four days to delivery - this is not the fault of Nola Baby but wanted to flag this. Not surprising as Royal Mail delivery has been terribly slow recently. I would recommend looking into alternative couriers for express delivery

Lovely company
Managed to get exactly what I was looking for, and delivery was really quick.
One of my items got damaged in the post, and Nola Baby were really easy to contact. They responded quickly and were really kind. A replacement was sent out straight away. Lovely company to purchase from.
