The 2 classes I have been involved with has been very positive. The instructors have been solid. The team is very pleasant and have made me feel welcomed.

Rich and Danny are the best!!!! Really trying to get Liam to come out of his shell and we will continue with this program….great things to come!

No Joke Martial Arts is a wonderful facility. They are welcoming and patient with new students. My son, who is shy and at times introverted has learned to be confident and brave in his new journey of MMA. If your child is looking for a place to learn self defense and to build their confidence, this is the place for you!

Everyone there has been so kind and welcoming. The instructors are very patient with me as a newbie with zero experience in martial arts and kickboxing. So happy to have found this place filled with incredible people.

Great workout community! The coaches push you to better your technique and stamina. Saturday morning boxing classes with Barber are fantastic! Great MMA gym for those in the Rockford area.

Everyone we've encountered here is welcoming and encouraging. I would highly recommend this MMA gym. The classes we're in are so high energy and supportive no matter what your level. The instructors and other students make you feel welcome and help you every step of the way. Great place to push your limits and find out how strong you really are.

Wonderful place and awesome opportunity for kids to learn on the physical side to grow more stronger and disciplined . Staff is very friendly and cooperative , very professional on the same side too . We just love this place 💖

I walked in and was promptly greeted by Rich and Leah, they answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. Rich took us inside the boxing ring and started to demonstrate some basic boxing and Muay Thai stances, kicks and punch combinations. There were no sales tactics, it was all straight talk, very professional and informative. I signed up on the spot and now to learn something new.

My kids had a great time. Danny the instructor is GREAT with the kids. My kids can not wait to comeback and do more classes. Highly Recommend No Joke. If you have not tried them out before. They offer a free class, and you will not be disappointed.

Amazing place. Daughter is having the greatest time and learning so much. She's had so much more confidence in herself and learning respect and discipline. The coaches/teachers there are the greatest.
