The only fault I can give is that the shoe box was damaged and taped up from the inside.

Complaint Regarding Return Costs and Customer Service
I have received a defective product i suspected B product, and if I want to return it, I have to pay €13.95. This will be the last time I buy anything from your website.
I already sent photos showing the problem, but instead of handling my claim, you asked for more pictures. It feels like you are only trying to delay the process so that I lose my 14-day right of return.
I am very disappointed with your customer service. I expected a fair and trustworthy solution, but unfortunately, my experience has been extremely negative. I do not understand how I ended up buying from a website that treats customers this way.
