Does what it says it does. Works pretty well. Company are excellent to deal with - excellent customer service. Only had the machine a week so I will supply a more in depth review when I have played with it some more but so far I am pretty impressed all in all.

I haven't even had a chance to use my unit but am giving them five stars for the most killer customer support ever! I ended up needing to move across the world and was scared to travel with the Noids. These dudes not only let me send it back after the Amazon return date, they're also shipping another unit to me at no extra cost. A big shout out to Sam and the rest of the Noids team!

The N'Pot is an amazing herbs cooker. This thing can Decarb, make oils and butter. the processes are very simple. Noids has great after sales & tech support too.

Well, the true is that I don't know where to start to complement this amazing machine.
I was given POT by noids as a Christmas present in 2021. The machine and all the other utensils that comes with were very tidy and secured packaged.
The unit itself is very well designed. Feels and looks solid and very stylish. Is basically fools proof.
I'm astonished on the quality of POT by noids. During the last 11 months I have been using POT by noids several times per week, running it 2 to 5 times per day and the unit still performs like the first day.
I have been making RSO for the last 10 years and the final product I produce using POT by noids is the best so far.
Today after using it non stop the funnel seal broke. Tried to look for a replacement one on the website but to my surprise I couldn't find one so I contacted POT by noids to see if they could help.
Within 10 mins a customer service representative contacted me back and offered my to send a replacement free of charge. After talking to him for a bit and telling him about how marvellous this product is and that I'm helping other people to make their medicine he decided to send me 3 FUNNES AND 2 VICARS free of charge.
BEST PRODUCT AND SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.

Units seem of high build quality, slick design, very well packaged. Ease of use, features, documentation is great. However, the temperature sensor in the first glass I received was faulty, allowing the herb to heat nearly 7°C more than designed. Furthermore, the condensation function would chronically shut down way too early, when very little alcohol had boiled off.

Noids sent me first a replacement beaker, which I tested and found to be correctly calibrated. The condensation problem persisted, somewhat counterintuitively since I thought it was related to the faulty temp sensor. For this, Noids sent me an entire new unit. I have tested the replacement and it all works properly now. I did send the faulty unit back at their request, however at my expense. I believe them that the issues I reported are uncommon or unprecedented, so maybe I was just unlucky to have 2 major issues.

In the end, I have a good kit. It was a bit of trouble, and I think my first 2 batches of infused oil may have been adversely affected (sleepy CBN) by the too-hot decarboxylation process of the faulty first materials received.

But the company has done the right thing, and I'm now happy. After they receive the unit I returned and confirm that it was faulty as I reported, maybe they'll comp me for my return postage, as part of their QC process?

I bought largely because my living situation doesn't permit the smell of herb. Well, there is still some odor. It's not strong, but future batches I will need to carry out in a garden shed, where the mild smell might go unnoticed or be attributed to neighbors.

Even with the issues noted above, the oil I've made is enjoyable, and the process cleaner and easier than other methods I've tried. It will only get better with correct calibrations. Will pay for itself before long versus buying commercial edibles (legal where I live), and I enjoy the control I have of ingredients and process.

Truly great customer service. I was experiencing some issues with my unit not reaching the correct temperatures and after asking if there was a way I could test this they immediately sent out replacement parts to try.

Received it last wednesday, this one is for a good friend who saw mine and also wanted one for himself.
