It was a very good experience and I have far greater peace of mind. I have a suggestion: I took a black magic marker and marked a line as an alignment guide. This should be built into the product.

Yes, you're more than GOOD, but living in Washington State, is more than "over hand" to travel to California, for this job - I do love your product, but it's a little "to far" for me - I will do it (like yerstaday) to have your product on my truck, what can I say? ...hoping to have you guys closer to my home, THANK YOU!

Installed Ravelco on my 2024 4Runner back on July 14, 2026. Sam from Ravelco was very professional & the installer Rene who went to my home showed me which best place to put the killswitch. I’ve had it for over a month now & I feel more secure parking my 4Runner anywhere in Los Angeles. I would recommend Ravelco to anyone who values their vehicle.

I will start this review with Samantha (AKA Sam). Great customer service! She was very respectful and responsive to all my inquiries. Made the appointment, Adam the technician arrived in an unmarked vehicle, he introduced himself from Ravelco. He then took all his tools and went to work, he took about 2 hours afterwards he tested the system and explained how it works. He gave me proof of install and a spare plug. Install the Ravelco stickers on your windows. I tested the system and it works great! I no more have to install a club on steering wheel. This system truly give me me the piece of mind. One more thing, don't forget to tell your insurance company you have this as you should get a discount on your policy. Thank you Ravelco!

The installer came on time and was very nice and knowledgeable. He was very helpful on where to place the plug for the install. I liked the discount for having AAA, paid with cash and got more off. I would definitely use them again. Thinking about getting one for my other Truck.

My Tech Support was professional and worked quickly to install my hardware. He had made the wire harness the night before to save a few hours of install time. Amazing what a good tech does to ease his work as well as the customers.

Technican was very straightforward and did a very good job on making sure everything was done right also went out his way on a Saturday to come and install 😀

Great customer service and communication, I received a call right away to schedule the product installation, a reminder the day before and the day of the installation, very simple process. The day of the installation the technician called to provide his expected time of arrival, very professional, explained the process very well, completed the installation, provided a demonstration, and provided instructions on how to operate the system, I was very impressed with the whole process from the time I was contacted until the time the install was completed. I’m very satisfied with the whole process and the product.

There are a couple of things that they were not upfront about the product and service. One, they do not offer weekend installs maybe Saturday but i was told it was 2 to 3 months out and they dont offer Sundays. Two, I was not told that you would not have the remote start function if the product was in use. I had called customer service to complain about the issue i had about not being told upfront about the remote start. The lady/customer service said to me the installer didn't tell you. I said no and was not happy about that. She said basically that there is nothing they can do about that. She said I can talk to the owner if I would like? I said yes and she said he is not in right now and that she would leave him a message. I never received a phone call. I really believe she did not even give him the message. I dont think i would have had the product installed that day if I would have know upfront. I also gave the installer a large tip. Is it worth the $800? Not totally sure.
A response to there response. They stated its all over there website. This is not true, at least at the time I was reviewing and debating to purchase the item. And again, the installer didn't explain that upfront. I had explained that after the install to a lady at the company. She said she would call me back and when she did she did confirm that it was not stated on website but just said yes your remote start will not work. That is all she could say to me other than supposedly giving my number to the owner to have him call me back, which never happened.
