I believe this great idea in theory if…

I believe this great idea in theory if we can eliminate the single use bottles we use for shampoo products, and if this product works as intended, I can see it being something really amazing, and it will make my shower less crowded with shampoo and conditioner bottles. I saw it on Shark Tank, and want to believe in the company, and the customer service has been excellent. However, I've been waiting a very long time for the product to arrive while they've been developing it. It's been close to a 2 year wait for the product, and my hope is that they can finally get it right. What I do like is that the company did not charge me, and even was so kind to send me a sample of another excellent product, the Coconut Soap Slips, which so happen to be excellent. On the site the company says "Vegan, Cruelty Free, Paraben Free, Sulfate Free, Artificial Fragrance Free, Natural, High Performance, Color Safe, Gluten Free" which sounds good. In good faith that the Shampoo Drops will arrive, I'm giving them 5 stars.
