EXTREMELY TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! tried to use live chat to ask about a promotion and the agent was super rude. asked a simple question about the weekend reload wagering and they just said "read the terms and conditions" and disconnected the chat immediately!!! emailed them to complain and got a generic automated apology from a bot. the promotion itself was also super deceptive, it said "risk free bet" but if you lose you just get a bonus with 20x wagering, not your cash back. taking my money elsewhere.
