Amazing taste of mushroom blend
Amazing taste of mushroom blend. Smells like chocolate and is great addition to a barley coffee. This is my second buy and I’ll definitely buy again.

Bought the 25 days for a starter to test it out. For sure would recommend, because of mental health caffeine triggers me so don't usually mix with coffee etc. Would recommend to mix with coffee though, it's a great balance, make it weak if so. Feeling less like I have brain fog from continual use, if you want good benefits and to feel them I would match it with good diet to get most out of it. This is a great blend of awesome mushies,look into them individually. This is great for the long run to take, i wouldn't say its improved my mental health but i have noticeable felt it's effects but mainly the ability of more focus.

From all accounts a very high quality product, which if nothing else is extremely good at making delicious food. Seems fairly affordable. Fully compostable packaging, inc w/ box posted. Though I am doubtful of their claims regarding heat sensitivity of the 'adaptogens', so I try to add at the end of cooking & hot drinks after I've put some cold milk/water.
