Great Plattform! The communication is slow but I like it!

In 2021, the nodepools.com website was offline for about two months after a hacker attack. Now the website is back online and the backoffice works again, but:
1. They do not respond to support tickets any more. This already was a big issue before the attack as they sometimes closed tickets for no reason and with no response. But now there is total silence.
2. They have moved the company from Tbilisi (Georgia) to Irkutsk (Russia). The address in Irkutsk cannot be verified. Google Maps has no distinct result and other hits for this address show a hotel (e. g. on booking.com).
3. The team remains invisible and has no blog, no updates, not even Twitter or any news resource.
All in all they are very untrustworthy. You get no information about the attack, the company, the team, or anything about it.

This platform has had really good returns for me since investing and has been completely low maintenance on my investment. They've had some trouble recently but I'd like to point out that crypto is inherently risky (looking at you coinbase) and their responsiveness and transparency is commendable.

I can tell the company has room to grow, if you have to go through customer service be patient and the website has a few glitches and performs better on a PC browser rather than a mobile site (though still completely usable).

I look forward to returning to this review later and adding an extra star providing things continue to improve.

Great Investment Pool. Yes the customer service is slow but I hadn't many terms to discuss. The rewards are comming regulary and also the payouts.

The investment process is very simple. You can invest with Bitcoin and NodePools buys the needed coins. Otherwise you can invest direct with the coin. The investment process until everything is completed can take a couple of hours.

I got the first rewards 12 hours after the investment was complete and 2 days later my first payout. I didn't expexted such a smooth process.

Another good thing is, nodepools.com take only a 20% Fee of your rewards. Thats it! Nothing more. No hidden fees, no payout fees.

An abysmal experience

I do not recommend you invest in Nodepools. Not because it's a scam or ingenuine, I believe they are genuine. However unfortunately their company is a shambles. They are either severely understaffed or just totally incompetent, potentially a mixture of the two.

Customer service is absolutely inadequate, considering they dealing with peoples hard earned money, in often large sums.

I had to chase and flood their customer service inbox to get any response.

I made an investment late March, the amount to be sent was 0.0192 BTC but after the fees from my wallet only 0.0188 was sent (I didn't know this until later), so my deposit was not shown on my dashboard. I chased and chased and had ZERO communication about where my funds were. After two weeks of chasing, the company unscrupulously contacted me saying "can't you see your wallet balance of 0.0188 BTC, what do you want" - Unbeknown to them, I had been screen recording and screen capturing my full experience. The team lied, and made out as though the balance was up to date the whole time, which it wasn't.

Of course, after this experience decided I do not want to make any investments with Nodepools and asked for my BTC back. It took a further 1-2 weeks to have any acknowledgement about my request to get my 0.0188 BTC back.

Finally, they sent the BTC back which I am grateful for. I like to invest in large sums (£10,000+) but I test first, clearly Nodepools have failed. I cannot trust a company who:

1) Lies
2) Unresponsive
3) Unapologetic/Willing to accept errors

This is a genuine and honest review of my experience with Nodepools. If they would apologise and show some commitment and willingness to rectify their issues I may be willing to try investing again one day because it seemed to have good potential.

This website makes me very angry. I am still traumatised by my dealings with them. This website is unstable and is littered with so many bugs it is not funny. In my last transaction with them, I tried selling some SFDs. The system produced an error and reset my SFDs to zero. It took MANY WEEKS before admin tried to rectify the problem while the BTC market was already moving downwards. Even the daily earnings are not complete and missing many days (technical support have ignored this issue) . Technical support is extremely slow. Please avoid investing through this website because the system is flawed and unreliable. I have since then closed my account and looking at other alternatives. So my advice is run as far away from nodepools.com as you can.

It is a legit website. However the website is a little buggy and sometimes I couldn't even log in. There was a time I couldn't even place an investment because of some error messages. The customer service is a bit unsatisfactory, they took a long time to reply to the technical errors I'm facing and most of their replies are short and incomplete. However you do get good returns from this investments. Please do an overhaul of your website. TQ
