NoCry 400Nm Cordless Impact Wrench
I have had the tool for 3 years and it has never failed me. It has taken a few knocks, as would be expected, but still looks nearly new. It is well built, solid with great battery life.
Recently I tried to buy a second battery for it to give me longer use and as I thought it would be a good time to think about a replacement battery.
The help I got from Raino when I made inquiries was second to none. It was explained to me that the batteries are not currently supplied separately but they had some surplus stock in the UK. I have now received a battery in perfect condition. I am absolutely delighted with the customer service . Since purchasing the impact wrench I have bought other products from NoCry and can honestly give them a top recommendation.

Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy. Confirmation was prompt, and delivery on time. I was surprised to discover the package was delivered to my front porch where it sat in wet snow for I don't know how long, but that's not the fault of NoCry. Fortunately contents were well-protected with plastic - thank-you, guys, for the great packing.

Exceptionally clear
Shipping was quick - and I was kept informed of where things. The safety glasses fit nicely over my regular glasses (which is what I was looking for) and are exceptionally clear so no issues with seeing my work.

NoCry Protective Sunglasses = Enduring Quality
I recently replaced No Cry protective glasses, not because of structural issues (the old pair endured everyday hard wear for years; all parts remained in tact). Cloudy views due to marred lenses doing their best as vision protectors was the motivator for the purchase of new glasses. Clear views now prevail and No Cry provided them at a most reasonable price!
