Extremely Poor Experience with NoBroker Packers and Movers and Mahadev Packers and Movers

My experience with NoBroker Packers and Movers during my relocation from Bangalore to Hyderabad was absolutely pathetic. I would never recommend their service to anyone.

First, our belongings were delivered 5 days late, causing unnecessary inconvenience and stress. We had specifically opted for a private, dedicated truck and not a shared vehicle. Our belongings were packed in large boxes, and a large truck was initially arranged. However, when the shipment finally arrived, our belongings were crammed together in a much smaller vehicle, raising serious concerns about how they were transported and handled.

To make matters worse, multiple boxes went missing during the move. We were extremely uncomfortable with the conduct of the personnel sent by their third-party vendor, Mahadev Packers and Movers. Their behaviour made us question whether our personal belongings were in safe hands. Given the missing boxes, we were left deeply concerned about the security and handling of our household items.

When we contacted NoBroker, they claimed they were unable to trace the missing boxes and were unwilling to take responsibility for the loss. Instead of receiving proper assistance, I had to find the contact details of Mahadev Packers and Movers myself and follow up with them repeatedly. After nearly two months of continuous follow-ups, only one box was returned. Even that was not the original box in which our belongings had been packed. The remaining missing belongings were never recovered.

Despite purchasing insurance and expecting adequate protection for our belongings, we were offered a mere ₹750 as compensation, which was completely inadequate considering the loss and inconvenience we experienced.

The most disappointing aspect was the complete lack of accountability from both companies. NoBroker should take responsibility for the third-party vendors it assigns to customers instead of leaving customers to chase vendors for months to recover their own belongings. Customers pay for a professional relocation service and deserve timely delivery, safe handling of their possessions, trustworthy personnel, and proper support when something goes wrong.

I strongly advise people to think twice before choosing NoBroker Packers and Movers, particularly when they assign Mahadev Packers and Movers as the service provider. My experience involved delayed delivery, missing boxes, concerns about the trustworthiness of the personnel, inadequate insurance compensation, and extremely poor customer support.

Overall, this was a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience. I would never use their services again, nor would I recommend them to anyone planning a household relocation.

The worst ever Service ever …never choose them they are a farce They got me one small pick up for a three bedroom house had to take two rounds to get my stuff. I know whatever is missing. The guy came in and told me They had to rush by 430 and most of my beds were not fixed properly they did nothing properly or even less than sarifacory . My atuff is aaal over the place I really don’t know what they have stolen . The vendor was most intrested in payment and his loaders demanded a tip even while leaving i gave it jus to get them out of my sight .. shitty serice period .. never ever hire them

I want to share my recent experience with NoBroker Packers and Movers. My relatives shifted from Pune to Faridabad recently, and I had seen online reviews about NoBroker. Based on my research I decided to go ahead with them and it was a great experience. The guys were really professional and they packed everything properly. The real time tracking feature was the best I can see the movement of my stuff. It was a great experience and I'll recommend to use their services.

I moved from Bombay to Delhi and it was the worst experience of my life . They outsourced the service to some third party and after taking the truck they started demanding more money .

Not a single box or peice of furniture arrived without damage even the fridge needed repair . Something’s were beyond repair and the worst part was that some items were missing .
The NB team got in touch with me and asked me to provide an estimate only to reject it saying we need a carpenter who has a gst number .

It went on for 3 months

It was a horrible experience to work with no broker packer and movers. They are frauds .They do not respond and their movement partners are most unreliable and badly mouthed. Avoid using their movement services.
