Misleading quotation and unresponsive team

Booked NoBroker Interiors on the basis of an ₹11.88 lakh all-inclusive quote confirmed by the designer in the first meeting. At the actual design stage, the quote shot up to ₹14.35 lakh — not for additions on our side, but for undisclosed internal changes (like cupboard changes) that were never flagged earlier. Items already discussed in the first meeting were also missing.
The allocated team went completely unresponsive on WhatsApp for days. NoBroker Interiors has since admitted on a call that (a) the team was at fault for not responding, and (b) the initial quote did not actually include everything we had asked for. Despite this admission, our ₹59,404 booking amount is effectively lost with no resolution.
Will not recommend. Pursuing this through consumer forums (NCH Docket No. 9334974).

Update on 1st July 2026.
After filing an NCH complaint (Docket 9334974) and posting this review, NoBroker Interiors processed the full refund of ₹59,404. Updating rating from 1 to 3 stars in recognition of the resolution. However, it should not have taken this level of external escalation to get a refund on admitted lapses. Future customers should still be cautious about all-inclusive quote claims."

Nobroker.com premium service Tenant super relax plan is a scam

Totally a scam I paid for NRI service and bought the most Premium plan they have but no Services received they just keep on changing the RM when I email them. Now I have decided not to take any more Service as I'm done with them I've already emailed them for a full refund if not done I have all communication saved with me for consumer court now as that would be the last option. Will bring them on social media first and if possible will pay a youtuber to tell the truth so that noone falls under their trap. Nobroker will ask me to share my communication details but just so you know I have already emailed you guys lots of times.

Extremely Disappointed with NoBroker Service
My experience with NoBroker has been frustrating and disappointing. In just 45 days, my account was handled by four different relationship managers, each time I was told the previous one was on leave. This constant change created confusion, lack of continuity, and poor communication.
There has been no transparency, no commitment, and no accountability throughout the process. Promises made at the beginning were not followed through, and I repeatedly had to explain my requirements to new managers. The service feels highly unorganized and unreliable.
As a customer, I am left wondering whether dedicated personnel are actually working on my property search or if customers are simply being passed from one manager to another. The lack of updates and inconsistent responses have made the entire experience stressful and time-consuming.
I am completely fed up with the service and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable property partner. The company needs to improve its customer support, transparency, and commitment to clients.

No broker is a complete trap.Uts a scam.They speak and explain us in very polite way until we make payment.As and NRI I trusted no broker to rent out my property in Bangalore and opted premium plan.Also I booked them for kitchen renovation and painting and maid upfront payment of 80000 INR.once the payment is done,no call from them,no work has started and no update as well.This is highly disappointing and put my under lot stress.

Be Cautious – Major Services Undelivered, No Refund or Resolution After Months

I rarely write negative reviews, but after giving NoBroker every reasonable opportunity over several months to resolve this matter, I believe it is important to share my experience.
As an NRI managing my property remotely, I chose NoBroker because I expected a professional service that could be relied upon without my physical presence. Based on the commitments made by NoBroker, I paid over ₹1 lakh upfront for the service package.

Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite of what was promised.

Communication was responsive until payment was received. After that, the quality of service declined significantly. A substantial portion of the agreed services remains undelivered and, despite repeated follow-ups, support requests, and escalations, there has been little meaningful progress. Requests have frequently been transferred, closed, or left unanswered without a clear resolution or timeline.

At one stage, a representative named Harneet reached out, assured me that she would personally help resolve the matter along with advocate Pradeep and advised that I could reach her directly whenever needed. While that initially gave me confidence that the issues would finally be addressed, after our initial interaction the situation reverted to the same pattern—little to no traction, limited communication, and no meaningful progress toward resolving the outstanding issues and no response from Harneet or Adv Pradeep
More concerning is that, despite significant portions of the contracted service remaining undelivered, there has been no meaningful resolution regarding a refund or a clear commitment on how NoBroker intends to fulfill its obligations. Instead, I have repeatedly found myself initiating follow-ups rather than receiving proactive communication or ownership from the assigned teams.

Months have now passed since my initial concerns were raised, yet the overall situation remains largely unchanged.
This review is not based on a single isolated incident but on a consistent pattern of poor communication, lack of accountability, and failure to deliver significant portions of a service that was paid for in advance.

I remain willing to update this review if NoBroker provides a fair and meaningful resolution. Until then, I hope this review helps prospective customers—particularly NRIs and others who rely on remote property management—make an informed decision before committing to expensive service packages.

My experience with NoBroker has been very disappointing.

My experience with NoBroker has been very disappointing. Before purchasing a plan, their team repeatedly calls you and shows properties that fit your budget. However, as soon as you buy a plan, the situation changes completely.

I purchased a plan three days ago, but so far I have not been able to connect directly with a single property owner. The biggest issue is that calls to the owners' phone numbers do not get connected. When you try to contact the NoBroker support team for assistance, their numbers are often busy, and timely solutions are rarely provided.

It seems that their main focus is only on selling plans. Once you purchase a plan, customers do not receive proper support, and they simply keep showing different properties to pass the time. As the plan validity nears its end, they start recommending that you buy another plan.

I would advise everyone to think carefully before purchasing a plan. I would also like to request property owners who have listed their properties on this platform to be cautious. Many owners may feel that buyers or tenants are not showing interest in their properties, but in my experience, the real problem is that direct contact is not possible. If buyers and owners cannot connect with each other, there is no point in showing properties.

For me, this service was completely unsatisfactory and turned out to be a waste of both time and money.

Extremely disappointed with NoBroker’s…

Extremely disappointed with NoBroker’s TV installation service. The technician came to install my brand-new TV but instead ended up damaging it. He did not complete the installation, took no responsibility for the damage caused, and simply left the premises. What was supposed to be a simple installation turned into a stressful and costly experience.

What’s even more frustrating is the lack of accountability and support afterward. A customer trusts NoBroker to send qualified professionals, but in my case, the service resulted in a damaged TV and no satisfactory resolution.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious before using NoBroker’s installation services. Poor workmanship, lack of professionalism, and inadequate customer support made this a terrible experience.

This has been an extremely frustrating…

This has been an extremely frustrating experience. For the last 2–3 days, your technician has been delaying the repair and no one has actually come to fix the damage caused during the service. Instead of resolving the issue, different stories are being created to avoid taking responsibility.

My AC was damaged during the service, and since then I have spent my time repeatedly explaining the same incident to different representatives. Despite multiple calls, there has been no real action, only delays and excuses.

What is most disappointing is that your team seems more interested in defending the technician than listening to the customer. I reported the issue immediately after the service, shared the details, and cooperated fully, yet I am being treated as if the problem never happened.

This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I will continue to share my experience publicly so that other customers are aware of how such complaints are handled. Customers pay for professional service, not damaged appliances, repeated follow-up calls, and wasted time.

I am once again requesting a proper resolution: repair or replacement of the damaged part, or fair compensation for the damage caused during the service.

This is a scam company

This is a scam company, they took 100% amount from me for legal services and not provided anything on time and also refuse to return anything.
I have given token amount of 1,10,000, deal cancelled due to loan not sanctioned and seller is ok with this cancellation but nobroker is not giving refund of token.
This is against law and rera rules but still they are doing this and all the people stop picking my phone and they don't have office anywhere.
Before taking money, you will get calls every hour, at whatever time you tell, they will call you and convince you and they will agree to all your terms and conditions but once they get the amount they will never call you and they will not reply you to any mail.
You cannot catch them because they don't have office and they don't have direct number, toll free number they pick and refuse to talk by saying the relationship manager is on leave or talking on another phone.
If you don't love your money go to the nobroker.
I am struggling to get token amount and legal charges total 1,50,000.
People who speak softly with you before taking money becomes suddenly rude with you. Relationship manager becomes a chairman of the nobroker and on their keeps telling that you will not get money.
Nobroker is a fraud and scam company.
Never take their legal services and never pay token amount to nobroker, they don't give to seller and they don't return to you.

Variety of options available on…

Thanks Gulafsha & NoBroker team. Variety of options available on NoBroker with proper details of the properties, so it helps customers to select which property needs Actual visit & which can be rejected.
This is helpful for us. But 1 concern is reg. How the process works for keeping up with the Contacts remaining out of a certain limit, that's unclear- whether we can click on Contact Owner or not, whether schedule visit or not, etc.

The tenant super relax plan is completely a rip off. There is no support or guidance as suggested by the plan. Their customer support is useless, whenever I call for a refund,I get the same reply that the concerned team will call in 2 hours.

I have taken No broker Super Relax Plan…

I have taken No broker Super Relax Plan for my property. Infact, it would have rented out in just 2-3 days myself. Basis recommendation from No broker staff, i have paid Rs 5000 and took Super Relax Plan. They have created a mess out of this and was not sharing and leads properly with me. They were not allowing even the tenent prospects also to call me directly. Please do not opt for these paid plan and moreover you will be wasting your time. Please be cautious with No broker recommendation. Moreover, they dont respond you after taking money

Extremely disappointing and…

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with NoBroker Interiors.

Their executive Abhishek contacted us multiple times, collected our floor plan, took detailed requirements over Zoom meetings, and repeatedly insisted that we visit their Wakad office for quotation details. Since it was nearly a 2-hour drive for us, we clearly confirmed with him beforehand whether they would provide quotation details if we came there, and he assured us they would.

Trusting their words, my husband and I travelled all the way to their office. We again spent considerable time explaining every requirement in detail. However, after all that, they refused to provide any proper written quotation and only mentioned a rough verbal amount.

When we requested at least a basic breakup regarding the range/quality of materials such as wood, laminates, handles, hinges, channels, etc., the behavior became extremely rude and unprofessional.

An interior designer named Tejaswani, who introduced someone as the manager, started speaking to us in a very disrespectful tone. Instead of addressing our genuine questions, he reacted as if we were doing something wrong by asking for quotation details. He questioned us aggressively, asking why we needed the quotation and all.

We were made to feel insulted for simply asking for transparency before spending lakhs of rupees. At one point, they even said things like “we can’t work with you.”

The entire experience felt like a waste of time, energy, and travel. Customers deserve transparency, professionalism, and respect — especially after being repeatedly called to the office with assurances that quotation details would be shared.
Would not recommend based on our experience.
We have complete chat records and communication history supporting everything mentioned above.
