Fantastic programme
Fantastic programme, led by the amazing Susanne who is has an encyclopaedic knowledge on nutrition with so many helpful suggestions, and no assumption or judgements. She made it amazingly easy to follow the programme, and it really works! I'd recommend it to anybody looking for a reset and to adopt some long term healthy habits. I hope to repeat it at a later session!
