BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE
I purchased a Rolex from Nobles of Brighton and as a precautionary measure, I took it to Watches of Switzerland to be checked. Disappointingly they advised there were a few anomalies but the main fault was the second hand was loose. Given that Nobles made a big thing about their watchmakers authenticating and servicing all their watches prior to being offered for sale, I lost all trust in the watch I had bought. I returned to Nobles and advised that I had it checked by WoS; that the second hand was loose and I wanted a refund. The owner was very rude and aggressive and following a brief exchange, he gave me a refund.

2 Rolex watches

I bought 2 Rolex watches from Nobles via interactions with their instagram account.

It was very easy to transact with them. Great communication.

Watches were adjusted to fit to measurements before they were sent.

The papers were packaged nicely with a great looking wallet.

The box and watches are pristine. Very happy with the purchases.

Highly recommended. Thank you so much

Enquired on line regarding a instagram post about a bracelet. I asked simple questions regarding what year the bracelet was and the price, and was then met with aggression and sarcasm. Simple questions which should have been answered easily.
Never would I deal with them

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I read the reviews of others who said to avoid this store but figured there were many good reviews and it couldn't possibly be so bad. How wrong I was!

Exactly, as others have described, the seller is friendly until the transaction is done, when the watch doesn't arrive as agreed, the seller refuses to provide tracking details and when pressed to provide details, becomes difficult.

When I finally got the tracking details, the watch had been sent to the wrong address. A complete debacle which could have been easily resolved had I just been sent the details I requested.

This is a pattern of trade that fronts numerous other reviews of counterfeit parts and consumer bullying. Do yourself a favour and avoid.

Extremely poor experience.

Buying a Rolex watch with money I had been left by the passing of my dear Aunt was meant to be something extremely special and memorable. My experience with Nobles of Brighton couldn't have been further from this.
To be balanced, the refund process was concluded swiftly and without issue.

My feedback focuses on what happened to lead to this refund request. I would advise anyone against purchasing from this company. They are extremely rude, insulting, abusive and they lie repeatedly. When faced with fact and evidence, that is neatly ignored and avoided.
The communication to start with was fine but soon changed once payment had been sent but no updates on dispatch of my watch were received. On the website it states that "Items purchased within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail insured special delivery, usually on the same day of purchase if before 4pm. After 4pm The watch will be dispatched the next working day.
Royal Mail offers a safe, reliable service and allows us to provide our customers with tracking number, so you can follow your parcel to your door."

This was not the case. I agreed the purchase of the watch and paid for it in full on the Tuesday. I politely asked for tracking on Wednesday as I was going away on holiday on Sunday, none is received. On Thursday I am assured it will be posted that day.
Friday, I ask again for tracking.
I am sent an image of the tracking with the date and time it was posted cropped off. I am then told delivery was attempted at my home that day (Friday) and I failed to answer
The tracking shows it wasn't posted until 16.20 on Friday and arrived at the local sorting office at 04.21am on Saturday. No attempted deliver could have been made. This is clear lies. Upon reasonably asking for updates, the lies continued repeatedly, claiming the watch has been posted earlier and I had failed to accept at home when tracking makes it clear it hadn't even arrived as the local sorting office. Rather than being honest, this company then question my integrity and have me both life and business advice which is the wrist business model I have ever encountered. Business is based upon trust. This company lies.

On the Saturday I ask for an update and tracking. I was shocked by the horrible response, it was extremely rude and I attach a screenshot for you to see. I am a genuine customer who paid a substantial amount of money to this company and never before have I been treated in such a way.
Some of the things they said in communication were "not being funny but I'm starting to get pissed off with this" when I asked for tracking. That the "transaction absolutely stinks" and accused me of "consistently lying about the situation" when actually I can evidence that I have been transparent and honest throughout and that Nobles of Brighton are in fact the liars. I was left with no other alternative but to return the watch for a refund. This experience was everything I did not want it to be.
Do not touch them with a barge pole. The most negative experience I have ever had. They are arrogant, insulting and offer the most peculiar life and business advice in the face of their lies and incompetence. A staggeringly bad business.

Luxury watch cowboys

It’s funny reading these reviews, of course there is good communication, they’re helpful and everything else, because they are hoping you’ll buy something. Sure, get a watch from them if you know absolutely nothing and don’t care to know anything about luxury watch’s. You will soon find out it’s not what you thought it was. Read the forums and avoid this place. And also beware, you will not be told your watch has afterset parts (non genuine Rolex parts) unless you ask. They will sell you a watch and charge you a price that reflects all original Rolex parts when actually dials and bezels are not genuine Rolex. (Same situation in review below). Its very sneaky and really this shop should be reported to Rolex and to retail standards for withholding information or selling fake Rolex parts while claiming they are genuine. Most buyers probably don’t realise their watches have been fitted with non official Rolex parts. Avoid this place.

I went to Nobles last weekend with my husband and was greeted by Laith, he couldn’t have done more for us - I couldn’t decide on a watch so he got multiple lady date just’s out and discussed the colours and I tried them on. Laith was super friendly very knowledgeable and what I liked the most was he wasn’t pushy - as soon as I said I need to go and have a think he didn’t try to use tricky sales tactics to make me think I must buy it now etc.
I then went away to decide which one I liked and went a few other shops. Nobles was by far the best in the jewellery quarter, lots of choice and most importantly fair pricing. We then went back and was greeted by Tom, he was also very knowledgable and helpful and I said which ones I’d preferred and the one I liked had a different face to the one I wanted, so I was undecided. Tom then suggested that if I wanted the watch he would send me the face which I liked - and true to his word it arrived. An absolute stunning time piece from a wonderful business. Thank you Nobles and Team! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
