The incorrect item arrived so I contacted the company and they were great. They replaced it without any argument. Very understanding and pleasant to deal with.
The shoes I ordered are not the ones pictured. They supposedly have arch supports, but they do not. They're cheap and poorly made.
I made an order on November 22nd and I haven't heard of them for 10 days! If I didn't pay with Paypal, I wouldn't have been able to open dispute and make them reply.
