Actual Humans
I was super surprised the first time I called Noble Mobile to ask a question. A human being answered the phone! I couldn’t see how to get a sim card from the website. I was told that there was a button to request the sim. It should come in the mail in a week then I could start my service with Noble Mobile. I was so happy, I called a couple of friends to tell them about Noble Mobile.
I never found a button to request a sim card. I figured I spoke to someone that didn’t know any better. I called back. Again, I spoke with a real person. This time I was told that I needed to create an account and log in and then I could request a sim card. Again, the answer was hogwash.
I called two or three times on the weekend. No human being answered the phone. That’s understandable. They’re busy. I left my number for a call back. There was no call back. On Monday, I called again. Again, I left my number. This time, I received a call back. What I never received was an answer to my question: How do I get a sim from Noble Mobile? I was told that I needed an account number and pin to switch carriers. Yes, I have those, but how do I get a sim card? I kept asking, but I never got an answer to my question.
The website says to call and their humans will walk you through the process to get started. I must be speaking a foreign language. After five or six phone calls, I give up.
